Oh, hey, you're right. Somebody who has seen the movie should get on that.

... How am I being aggressively critical? At all?
I love this site, I got to it a lot, and I'm very grateful for all the work troopers do. It's really informative and educational.
So when I saw a rather intense and personal film based on real events. Naturally, I want to know as much about it as possible... only to find there was no TV Tropes page about it.
I'm not being critical.
I'm just asking why.
I mean. It's not like I repeat the question several times in my opening post or anything.
... And why on earth does State of Mind get away with being rude as well, but reply in telling them to drop the rudeness is seen as rude?
So this is definitely on my favorite movies of 2018 list. I just love space and astronomy in general. Surprisingly, I feel like Claire Foy and the guy that played Aldrin completely stole the show from Ryan Gosling. And if that moon landing sequence doesn't get Best Cinematography I will be very surprised.
I also learned some facts I never knew before from the film. I didn't know, for instance, that there were activists protesting against the space program at the time, who felt it was just throwing money and lives at a hopeless goal and distracting from more pertinent issues such as racism and the Vietnam War.
"Whitey on the Moon
", Gil Scott-Heron.
I guess one can't just dismiss that POV as unmerited, but usually life isn't binary choices and we were spending money on much worse things in 1969. Like The Vietnam War.
Saw the film tonight. Really enjoyed it, but can't quite say I loved it. Just about everything regarding the space missions was golden, and there was a lot of interesting stuff with the look into the lives and relationships between the astronauts, but the relationship between specifically Neil Armstrong and Janet started to feel cliche. The movie could have recovered, but it ended rather abruptly before it really got there.

Why is there no TV Tropes page for this film? I just finished watching the film, and I came to TV Tropes to find more about it. To learn how accurate it was, and what was made up for the film. What they left out, and all the intriguing background of the film found in the YMMV...
But, there's nothing. Absolutely nothing. Where most films have at least SOMETHING even before release! Why? Why is there absolutely nothing on this film?
