Nope, this theme is not the final boss theme. It's for the penultimate bosses: Ansem the Seeker of Darkness, Xemnas and Young Xehanort.
There are only two things I know of regarding Assassin's Creed: One of the mobile games that I once played, but I couldn't even beat the very first level, making it a bit of a sore button for me; and the 2016 film, which I only know of because I was studying the involvements of director Justin Kurzel and lead actors Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard in the 2015 adaptation of William Shakespeare's Macbeth, as part of my (then) school's English Literature study.
