I'm not expecting Gala Jeanne to be any different from the last 2: strength + elemental damage boost.
It might be best to play it defensively in that battle, focusing first and foremost on being nowhere near the purple attacks.
She’ll probably be something that fits Gala Zena’s Kit. Stronger HP% buff combined with something that will help Zena. Like setting off a HP Regen every time Zena uses a skill or something. That way her Hp stays high and Zena can always do big damage.

This really should've been something to ask earlier, but what's the difference between bosses' purple attacks and red ones?

Purple - Can’t be dodged.
Red - Can be dodged if you time your dodges right.
If you dodge reds your other units can dodge too.
Using a skill automatically dodges a red attack so long as it doesn’t finish while it’s going off.

Using a skill to avoid a red attack also protects the rest of your team.
Personally, I'd prefer if the 'net was a little friendlier, but you know the GIFT...
Honestly considering he was working with Graht I expected our resident traitorous apostle to be...fantastical looking. Especially as he's likely to be story relevant with Northern Church against the group.

After greasing the gears with two single ticket 10-rolls, I got both the new apostle and Reborn Jeanne with the first 10-roll. Also, Dark Jeanne when, Cygames?
The "Divine Deceptions" event is live and it's a two-parter!
We catch up with Pinon, who's being assigned with a decorated apostle named Basileus. This just establishes that Basileus is "the best" since he's efficient against bad guys and good with kids. (We'll get back to him because there's a reason for the quotations...)
Elsewhere, we meet up with Team Euden as they help a little girl find her parents. The group comes across a village called Paradise. They find the girl's parents...except they don't recognize her in the slightest. Before the situation can escalate, Pinon intervenes as a part of the village's neighborhood watch. Before Euden inadvertently blows her cover, Pinon gets Team Euden to take a hike, telling them that she'll explain everything later.
Later comes and Pinon introduces the team to her apostles, the strong but apologetic Ryszarda and the peculiar Faris, plus her adoptive mother of sorts, Gabriel. They inform Team Euden that they caught wind that Paradise's matriarch Madame is somehow rewriting people's memories. They've been tasked to sneak into the village and see if Madame is using a sacred stone and miasma to pull it off and report it posthaste for the memory rewrites might be a rouse to revive a demon. They initially sent holy knights to investigate, but they lost contact with them.
Euden re-enters the village, but it's for naught as Madame almost immediately recognizes him as the traitor prince. Madame is rather transparent about her abilities and openly encourages our heroes to search her. Pinon pats her down...but reports that Madame has no stone on her.
The next morning, our heroes try to find out more about Madame. But all they can find was that she might have a boyfriend and she served time for running a cult that sold plain water that they falsely claimed was sanctioned by the goddess Ilia. Faris separates to use the bathroom...which immediately is a ploy to dig even deeper. However, one of the villagers has been murdered and Euden and the apostles are already accused as the guilty party. Madame sends out knights to kill them. They might be the ones that the apostles sent initially.
While hiding, Pinon reveals to Euden and the others that she was given a secret mission from someone named Abigail to keep Faris away from any sacred stones for he is being pegged as a traitor within the apostles. As such, she lied about not finding a sacred stone on Madame and tried to cut the mission short. Ryszarda can't believe what she's hearing and Gabriel can't get into contact with higher-up to verify. Madame's knights find our heroes, but they're cut down by Basil, who confirms that yes, Faris is a traitor.
However! We might've already been spoiled on where this is going since Faris is the guy who reports on your progress after each event quest and is set to be a summonable adventurer and so far all adventurers the game has had have been morally ambiguous at worst. To that end, it's easy to figure out that Faris is being set up as a red herring/fall guy and our heroes are being duped. Worse, apparently Basileus has already been established as a traitor to us, the audience thanks to "Agents of the Goddess"...

Regina giving Basileus a mission and not through Sandalphon is also suspect, because Sandalphon is investigating for a traitor. Just not through Pinon. Noticeable because Regina hasn’t appeared before while Sandalphon appeared in the first event .

Anyway, before installing the newest update, every time I finish an adventurer's mana circle and move up to a new circle, said adventurer would say something to the degree of "hey, I’m getting stronger."
But now with the newest update, adventurers don't say anything when you move up to a new mana circle. Is that a glitch? Someone on the DL discord said it's always been the case.

Did you download the data without voices? That mutes the voices, but it can be turned back on from the settings (I think. You may have to download them again as well).
I was sure I downloaded the data with voices, but just to be sure, I did a batch download and made sure I didn't pick "exclude voices."
I unlocked Xainfried's third mana circle as a test and he does say his "new mana circle unlocked" quote after all. Just to be sure, I unlocked Panther's fourth mana circle and she says her "new mana circle unlocked" quote as well.

- Most of it covers the Rise of the Sinister Dominion quests. The Master version of the quest will require you to field two teams as the boss changes elements mid-fight. The way they word things, I assume the Standard and Expert difficulties will each feature a phase of the fight. Also, the master difficulty will be solo-only to start. Completing the quests gets you materials that you can use to slot special wyrmprints onto your Agito weapons.
- A defensive event will happen mid-March.
- There will be an Echoes of Antiquity re-run in late March.
- The 2.5-year anniversary will also happen in late March, and they'll share more news then.
PSA: Rise of the Sinister Dominion is only available to those who got through Chapter 15 or 16 of the campaign.
Two key players of that event are new androids! One of them is Eirene, and apparently there will be magitek drones. Okay!
Ooh yay, another event adventurer I missed out on! Radiant Xuan Zang is probably miles better than regular Xuan Zang, but with my luck, I'll probably pull Radiant Xuan Zang thanks to pure luck while trying to pull someone else altogether in some summon showcase in the future, just like how I pulled Summer Celliera after having her welfare version for a long while.
Joking aside, we'll probably get another Fire Emblem collab. Reginn stans rise up!

In any case, Part 2 of Divine Decpetion's plot dropped:
Madame uses the sealing stone more and when Basileus shows up at Paradise's Grand Hall, she keels over, giving Basileus the opportunity to steal the sealing stone. When our heroes arrive, Madame has mutated into an otherworldly version of Gabriel. One who has the will of a demon from eons ago. To properly defeat the demon, Faris tasks Pinon and Ryszarda to find Basileus and destroy the sealing stone. Pinon and Ryszarda confront Basileus. Pinon wreaks the sealing stone all by herself (last event, she needed help from Nevin). The stone is wreaked, as does Otherworld Gabriel. However, Basileus reveals Otherworld Gabriel was just the opening act. His real goal is to revive something (someone?) he calls SATAN. (So this makes Basileus the Lucifer of Dragalia Lost and a contender to be a new complete monster. Told ya it gets worse.) Basileus overwhelms the girls with ease and escapes.
The next morning, as everyone both civilian and apostle recovers, Euden tries to speak to Madame as she's getting hauled off to the Church's HQ. He asks her how she knew about his father and sister. Madame reveals she got that from someone who met with Basileus, someone who she describes as a rat who wouldn't stop smirking. Euden immediately realizes she's speaking about HARLE, but Madame almost immediately dies from a heart attack! (What is it with bad guys and killing folks who try to describe them? Maybe it's a "loose lips sink ships" or "dead men tell no tales" thing?) Shortly afterwards, Team Euden and the Apostles go their separate ways. Pinon is still glum about Basileus taking advantage of her, but the rest of the Apostles cheer her up by saying Faris knew all along that Pinon was lying about not finding the Sealing Stone on Madame's person and despite that, still sees her as a valuable member. They go on to meet up with Nevin and others. The end.
Man, talk about dropping more than a few bombs, eh?

I think that, despite some keeping her true intentions hidden, she's ultimately too well intentioned to count.
That said, to qualify a character would have to go through the cleanup thread

Yeah Gala Zena is a monster thanks to her HP= STR passive and Jeanne gives a 60% boost to HP.
Now to see if gala Jeanne also goes over time in HP compared to OG.
