Seems to me like you want to pitch that in the Trope Launch Pad and see if people there propose a good title.

I have an idea for a trope that basically involves the phrase "I Hope You're Happy (or Satisfied)". However, that is a Stock Phrase, something that is frowned upon (No New Stock Phrases), but I have no way of coming up with a better way to describe it. Wiktionary describes this phrase thusly: "(sarcastic) Said to scold someone who did something wrong, after seeing the consequences."
However, I can't think of a non-Stock Phrase way of describing this trope. Any ideas?
