"You're never done! That's the issue!" Jack groaned, before putting down another card. Suddenly, they were no longer in a parking lot, they were in an old castle of grinding gears and old stone.
He looked around, was it just him or was this area a lot more...vivid? "I end my turn...and does it hurt for you or is it just me?"

"I normal summon a familiar face, Neptabyss, the Atlantean Prince (MZ4), and I send my last Atlantean Dragoons to the GY to add Atlantean Heavy Infantry to my hand. Atlantean Dragoons' effect also adds Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon to my hand, which I will discard to summon Mermail Abyssteus. Abyssteus also adds Mermail Abyssgunde to my hand.
"I tribute Neptabyss, Infantry, and Attack Squad to summon Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon (MZ4) from my GY. Come, ruler of the ancient ocean, make the world drown under your tyranny!" A blue dragon with a trident for a tail and a golden ring around its throat appeared. It let out a blood-curdling roar.
"I activate both Infantry's and Neptabyss' effects. I destroy Lavalval Dragon and summon one Atlantean Dragoons from my GY.
"Then, I place Mermail Abyssteus and Atlantean Dragoons in the Link Marker. Down-left and down-right. I summon a monster you should be very familiar with. Mistar Boy!" A red starfish with a monocle appeared on the remaining Extra Deck Zone, grinning. Yuria's monsters gain 500 ATK while Bobby's monster loses 400 ATK.
"I discard Atlantean Heavy Infantry and Mermail Abyssgunde to summon Mermail Abyssmegalo (ATK, MZ4). Abyssgunde also summons Abyssteus from my GY (ATK, MZ5) and Infantry targets your Woodsman for destruction "

"Next, I'll use Dark Grepher's effect to send Orcust Brass Bombard from my hand to send an Orcust Harp Horror from my deck to the graveyard. Then, I'll summon Black Salvo, to revive the harp horror I just sent to the graveyard!" Throwing down a card, the grinning black bomb emerging with a wicked laugh as the fuse atop its head lights up, before Allin takes another card from his graveyard and places it on the field, the mechanical gargoyle letting loose a melodic shriek as it enters the fray.
Yuria Vs Bobby
A water sphere appeared from a ghostly image of Heavy Infantry, shooting towards Lavalval Dragon. The attack impacted the dragon, accompanied with a burst of steam, destroying it.
A similar attack soon headed towards Woodsman, hitting with the same result. However, when the steam cleared, Woodsman was still standing.
"I remove Lancelord and Dragon so Woodsman can survive," Bobby said blankly, "And since a Laval is in the graveyard, Woodsman gains 300 attack."
The blaze surrounding Woodsman grew larger. (3600-3900)

"Ok, thanks," Mannic remarked as he began to head off.

"By banishing Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord from my GY, I summon Aqua Spirit to my hand." A patch of ground turned into water for a moment, and a green-skinned woman in a blue dress emerged.
"I tune Deep Sea Diva with Aqua Spirit to Synchro Summon Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier (ATK, MZ1)" Deep Sea Diva bursted into 2 rings and Aqua Spirit bursted into 4 stars. 2+4=6. A serpent made of pure ice hovered above Yuria.
"And now, with Brio's effect, I discard the my remaining card from my hand to bounce your Woodsman away!" Brionac flapped its wings, sending chilly gusts at Bobby's monster.

Woodsman tried to defend itself against the winds using it's cleaver, but ultimately found itself overwhelmed. It's guard broke, causing the Laval to dissolve into light. Bobby held the card in his hand.

Five monsters were now staring at the defenseless Bobby. Yuria made a grin of satisfaction. Her golden eyes flashed.
"Your tinderbox is no match for the endless might of the ocean. Now you will now the consequences of messing with me. ATTACK!"

"Well, that's that," The stranger remarked as Bobby's body disappeared into a portal in the same way that Timothy's had, leaving a shadow card behind.

After Bobby dissolved, Yuria immediately turned to the stranger and jabbed her finger at them. "Who are you? What have you done to the duel disks? Where is Sasha?"

"And now, I offer up Black Salvo, and Orcust Harp Horror. Link Markers set!" He raised his hand outward and Horror and Salvo dissolved into energy as a link portal formed, with the energy from the two monsters shooting into the lower left and upper right link markers. "Doll of Resurrection, raise your scythe for the World's Requiem. Galatea!"
Bursting forth from the portal came the musical Automaton and her scythe, a gleaming gem the color of the blue sky shining from its blade.

Jason pushes himself up, pocketing the Sol Shadow Card, and turns toward the stranger himself.
“Yeah...I think you owe us that much! We played your game, dammit!”

"I'll use Shell's effect again!" Tina declared, gaining a fleeting red glow as her deck produced another copy of the card. (LP: 4500-4000)
She looked down at her hand and began lightly gasping. She seemed tired, like the same pain Jack was facing had finally caught up to her, at least slightly.
She sent the card back into the graveyard, "Now, Blaze Accelerator!"
Once again, the Shell loaded itself into the turret before it was fired into the giant. The lizard exploded, destroying itself and the Ancient Gear.
"Slice and Battery attack directly!"

The stranger strided closer to the two, arriving at an equal distance between Yuria and Jason.
"Well," They remarked as they walked, "To be honest, I'm not too sure myself."
They waved their hand around in a circle, "I mean, setting all this up wasn't exactly my job. I'm not the techy one, never did understand all that 'Energy' stuff, and I'm not... well, whatever Rek does."
"But, I think I can give you a name," They stopped, putting their hand to the chin of their mask in a thinking gesture, "How about... Skull?"
They tapped their mask, "You know, 'cause of this?"

"Well I can't just tell you," Skull remarked, gesturing at Jason, "Kinda ruins the fun."
"Besides, I'm not even a hundred percent on it myself," They admitted.

"Next, I'll banish Orcust Harp Horror from my graveyard to summon Orcust Knightmare from my deck, and then activate Galatea's effect to shuffle the banished Harp Horror back into my deck." Allin placed Knightmare onto the field in the center zone, it emerging with a wicked smile on its cracked face, its body an eerie mutation of the automaton in front of her. He then took another card from his deck and placed it in the left most spell/trap zone.
"Link markers set! Raise your spear against this unjust world, come forth, Longirsu!"
Once more, a dark link portal opened, as Grepher and Galatea dissolved into the energy to fuel it. Stepping forth came a grieving warrior in a long coat, wielding spear and shield.
