Opening the edit page in a new tab worked to unlock it, so, yeah, looks like that bug is back

Is the \"randomly locked page\" bug still ongoing? I thought it had gone away entirely since I hadn\'t seen it in weeks, but TroubledProduction.Other showed up as locked for me even though I edited it yesterday.
