AND I'VE STILL BLOCKED OFF MY BALL!! FUCK!!While I do somewhat agree with the rule, there’s a main reason why I’ve been occasionally reserving a spot in advance: The busy weekly schedule I currently have through August (which doesn’t help when I have to get up early to head to Chatswood to work for the whole day and head back - especially on Mondays and Thursdays, or when something important is bound to happen and I’m forced to leave early regardless). For example, if the Hunger Games was finished when I was about to start work and am not allowed to post a reservation under the new rule, and all the spots were taken after I finally got home in the afternoon, then I guess I’d be really up shit creek.
And my big fear with that rule is that I could miss out on plenty of Hunger Games in the long run because of my schedule, as the only feasible way for me to post tributes with pictures is on the computer, which I'd be away from for almost 12 hours on a day like Monday and Thursday.
But if it's a rule that has to be made, then so be it. If I miss a game because of the schedule I have, then it's not the end of the world.

"Good evening."New Events
- (Player1) tells (Player2) that President Snow isn't real and that he can't harm (him/her2). President Snow just glares at them in response.
- (Player1) says that if (he/she1) had a coin for everytime that a puppet ruined (his/her1) life, he'll have 2. It's not much, but it's surprising that it happened twice.

What if I told you that I've set up both saves at our Discord server? This is where most of the thread's post-season discussion happens nowadays, so it's very important that you join it so you're up-to-date with the news. Please PM me, Zanreo, or VengefulBale for the invites.
And I've been afraid to say this, but we've been suffering a shortage of hosts and runners since February. They're pretty much the lifeblood of the thread, keeping it alive with the updates and production, respectively. I know some of you might be afraid to mess up when volunteering to do these jobs, or lack the time or resources to do them, but don't worry. We're here to help.
So if you're willing to host or run, please speak up now. We have a dedicated channel at our server where you can ask questions about tributes/events, etc. while running.

Still waiting for someone to break him free...

Sorry for the pagetopping double post, but we've agreed on Discord that this shall be a new rule effective next season:
No reserving a spot for yourself so you can edit your tributes in or nominate them in a new post. Same goes for nominating them, but providing the pictures later. Like posting nominations during an ongoing season, this is also unfair for the other players who haven't nominated yet. When nominating tributes, you must provide pictures of them in your initial post in order to join a season. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be disqualified from the next season.
However, new accounts who can't post external links are exempted from this rule. If you can't nominate tributes because of this, please let us know, and someone will be happy to provide them for you.
Tip: If you can't provide pictures right away, save the image links somewhere safe (such as a notes app or a PM to yourself) before you're ready to post. It's highly recommended to prepare your next set of tributes ahead of time.
Because of this, Dave and Celebi are still in since we're not retroactively punishing them for self-reservation, so there's still one spot left. Same goes for KLS, who edited his nomination post with his tributes' pics after nominating them.
