What Complete Monsters has the most satisfying Villainous Breakdowns?

These are the kinds of villains that are reviled and appalled for many misdeeds they’ve done, and no point of redemption comes to them. They could either be a bully, a tyrant, a terrorist, etc. They could do it either for themselves, out of spite or just for the hell of it.

But comes the moment that they’re about to lose, and they experience a heavy meltdown. That’s the most satisfying part, as they would start to fly in a magnificent panic when they’re about to lose whatever their unforgivable crimes are for, or they are getting close to death. And when they do, even permanently, they would go into either a fit of rage or fall into heavy despair.

Mind you, those breakdowns have to be at the climax. And since, we should all be aware of spoilers. Though midway meltdowns would be optional.
