x2 It's cut out all other POV chapters other than B01 so far. It doesn't make it a bad adaptation, just a lacking one, since much of the world-building and set-up for future events is done via the alternate PO Vs.
Nah. You don't learn who Ariel is for a very long time. At this point in the story, the sidestories would have mostly just gotten through the introductions, a bit of world building and the first 'arc' of The Hero Shun's story.
If you really must know then go read the trope page, spoiler hound!
But reading the trope page only presents information in a disjointed and mostly fragmentary way, nonconducive to understanding!
Seriously, I'm having enough trouble keeping my place synchronized between the manga (when the volumes come out), the scanlations (easier to track down), and the light novel (haven't started yet, but I did find the place).
It's been fun.Okay but seriously Ariel is the loli demon queen from the latest chapter, but the story leads you to believe that she's Kumoko based on her use of string and stuff. Kumoko is actually Shiro, the quiet woman in the hood. Which I found disappointing because I wanted a better look at her. I honestly don't know why the story bothered trying to trick the reader on this. It doesn't accomplish anything.
x3 You can see her on the cover for volume 8 here.
It also features Wrath. Also Ariel watching the Puppets having a snowball fight in the background.

Most studios have a core staff, I believe. They have a non-negligible impact on the quality of the final product, but yeah it's the staff that matters for the most part.
