Hill of Origin, Amaterasu and Issun

Amaterasu barked. "Aye!" Issun translated, though then Naga spoke up and refused the idea. Issun had half a mind to jump after her, but he knew Ammy would stop him if he tried.

The white wolf merely huffed at the departing sorceress. Then she walked over to the new arrival and nuzzled against him, inviting him to pet her if he wished. "Hey hey," Issun interjected, "that's a bit much to lay on a guy from the get-go. At least introduce yourselves first.

The tiny swordsman bounced off the wolf, hopping up in front of Rico's eyes to make sure the man saw him. "I'm Issun, and this furball is Okami Amaterasu. Nice to meet'cha! If you're ever in trouble, just give us a holler." Amaterasu smiled.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?

Alalia, Hill

Alalia glanced aside as chaos called for a vote. Having been listening with one ear, it took a moment for her to catch up with what was being vote on. She saw no reason not to agree to it, and it made sense from what she had seen so far. Raising her voice for a moment she simply said, "Aye."

With that done, the dryad turned her attention back towards Dragon Knight and watched as the woman's demeanor changed almost completely as she began to speak. She nodded lightly along with what was said, trusting the well-knowledged woman to know what would be the best way to start it or go about it. Alalia didn't doubt this woman was a strong adventurer and fighter, but this seemed to be what she enjoyed.

"That sounds reasonable." Alalia replied, nodding again. "It seems you have a solid idea of what to do. Though I am unsure where I would be able to help, as I don't really have much experience teaching others, well, anything. I could perhaps provide wood for whatever you might wish to build?"

Other Side of the Portal

Wulfrik would find himself booted to a land of autumn, his heavy armor clanking about in a layer of colorful fallen leaves of red/orange/yellow to leave some rather satisfying crunching sounds with. The wide expanse and the blue sky showed that there wasn't really much places to hide for a while save for the gnarled forest in the distance and that any and all movement would be able to be on full display for anything that made their way to the current landscape.

(Un)luckily for the Wanderer, as of the current moment in time there were no lumbering mechanical monstrosities to engage in glorious combat with though a white smoke trail furled off in the distance like a wispy thin ribbon, somewhere beyond the darkened forest located a short jog away.

Hill

"No worries. I'm just glad you are alright." Lightly taking his secret blend of various herbs and spices back, the masked gentleman inclined his head ever so slightly before standing up and placing it back in one of his myriad pockets. How one man could fashion an outfit to have so much hidey-holes while knowing exactly where everything was stored by muscle memory was a miracle of the universe and a mystery no one would be figuring out any time soon.

Leaving the fellow gun user to the more youthful and excitable folks about, the Agent stretched his joints with a sigh before standing stock still. In the window of inattention where people weren't focusing on him any longer, they would find the man to have disappeared with only crushed grass footprints showing that he had been there prior.

Listening to Hiccup's story, Dreadnought couldn't help but be sympathetic. The existence of a leader among Dragons tended to be that of a tyrant, especially in a race that held personal power so high up on the pedestal. Chances were if you were strong enough, you had an iron fist to consolidate your rule with as the highest authority among the clan.

"Indeed... the feeling is known all too well. Much of our woes have come from hunters, slavers, and our own king..." A long sigh was hefted out as bad memories abounded as the hellish landscape of ash covered skies and corpse mountains vividly brought themselves to mind.

Thankfully for the Dragon Knight's sanity from changed subject, the remembrance of Dragon 'Nam was soon pushed out of mind as talks began to shift towards that of the future instead of the past via statements concerning the school slash orphanage to be constructed. "Thank you so very much for your help... and an excellent question... I believe that for the considered safety of the children, it would best be constructed somewhere deeper in the city walls so that they need not venture too far outside of the walls and could be recalled inside quickly in the case of possible invasions."

Stopping to think about things a bit more as word came out about greenery enhancing magic being on the tables in the vein of spirits and elves, Dreadnought looked quite a bit more cheerful concerning that possibility. "Perhaps a garden to compliment the buildings courtesy of the kind druid, both to help calm the nerves down via aesthetic beauty as well as provide sustenance not dependent on outside forces."

Pausing as she realized how single-minded she had been, Dreadnought blushed before ducking her head down quickly enough for her horns to draw a whistling sound from the movements. "My apologies... I have gotten over-eager. The planning could begin in earnest once we are somewhere less... open. It is just you two have given me hope for the futures of the young..." Sisterly feelings were just so hard to get rid of, even after the draconic mental download it seemed.

Letting out a trill before copying the movement to gently poke her small horns against Toothless' scales, the flapping Astra looked rather content at the moment as she innocently enjoyed the company of her kin without having to resort to deadly combat. Now familiarized with the scent of the Night Fury, the hatchling's large eyes softened as she took in his features to memory.
Wendy's

"It's an expression, don't worry about it." Waving off the gullible girl's concerns with an amused smirk, Wendolyn then sighed as yet another person that didn't know about Class Change made their question known. Seriously what sort of off-kilter worlds did they come from? Even the most unread Villagers knew what Class Changes were, even the ones that lived out in the boonies like her own home village.\\\

"Class Change is what happens when people accumulate enough experience to assume a more powerful set of ability and knowledge than prior, such as Fighters becoming Berserkers or even Villagers becoming the basic combat classes out there. I myself am considering three choices of either the more standard mage for magical bombardment, Healer for helping the meatheads mend their wounds quicker, or... Witch because it seems to be a rather more rare Class with unique abilities regarding teleportation and potion crafting- whatever they are. Right now I know not which path to take yet."

Giving the rather loud Naga a gimlet glare for a few seconds due to the scantily clad sorceress all but smashing into the place of a perfectly good conversation shortly after she finished her explanation, Wendolyn simply huffed before getting to work. Plopping an entire meaty tuna head the size of a small child's length atop of her grill, the restaranteur began getting to work on feeding the black hole of an employer she had with fan in hand while watching the cooking item to ensure that the heat properly spread throughout its structure to cook it properly.

Pausing in her actions as Naga gave a somewhat more serious question than normal, the head chef thought about things for a moment before simply shrugging her shoulders. "Well, you beat any other lord we've known over the years by a fair margin. You get things done quickly and you protect us as you've stated rather well. Not much taxation either. If you ate less you'd be a perfect leader."

Drawling as she found the sweet spot of properly cooked had been reached, Wendolyn snapped her fingers to get the much stronger stone statuette hovering nearby to hoist the meaty head on over to Naga's table on a platter. "What brought on this dumb question? Who in their right mind would want to toil under the decadent and corrupt nobles when there's a much better alternative out there?"

"Team Rocket woman—Hill of Origin—School of gifted mutant dragons?

Still in disguise, as a team rocket woman, Mystique yawned at all the politics involved, and judging by her Majima's reaction, she was alone. However, A brief glance at O'Donnell, the nice man from the club, made her smile.

But the words of certain dragon woman made her walk away from Giovanni while he was busy with Guzma. She approached Dreadnought who was talking with Alalia and Hiccup as well, about children and dragons.

"Excuse me, but did I hear you wanted to found a school or maybe an orphanage?" the team rocket woman said to dreadnought ." I would be happy in helping you with that. I have a lot of experience dealing with young and gifted students." She touched her own chest while looking at the dragon woman with her eyes half closed. I was even principal of such school for a time. Maybe I could help you with your project." She looked down with sadness. "There are so many young talented people that feel lost and without purpose. They just need a helping hand to reach their true potential. Don't you agree?"

Mystique got closer to Dreadnought, talking in a whispering tone. "Let me tell you a little secret. This isn’t even my real face." She winked at her.

Wulfrik, the wilds

-The region appears bereft of life, but there is smoke in the distance. Wulfrik approaches cautiously, ready to draw sword and shield in an instant.-

O'Kais, Hill

-Among the many oddities upon the hill, another non-Necron robot. This one resembles a Kroothound, but bears what is unmistakably a railgun on its back. Whoever designed such a thing would be of great service to the Greater Good, for even the best engineers of the Earth Caste could not deploy the weapon without anything smaller than a hovertank to support it.-

-Two equally interesting creatures attract his attention: winged and scaled creatures, doubtless flying variants of the lizardmen the locals told him about. Could they too have the ability to guide their race's evolution as the Kroot do? The black one bears a saddle on its back, clear proof that it can partner with other species. He stands before it, reflecting that perhaps its missing teeth are a sign of great age and respect in its community.-

Lizard-human! I am Shas'o Kais, and greet you in the name of the Tau'va.

Celty - Hill of Origination - In Way Over Her Neck

The meeting went about as well as expected, but worse than hoped. Toes were stepped on and several people stormed off in a worse mood than they arrived with. To be honest, Celty wasn't really feeling very good about this meeting either. The whole time she couldn't shake the feeling that they were moving too fast with this whole governmental thing. Agriculture isn't a settled issue yet and already someone was trying to set up a constitutional government. The Dullahan felt she definitely had no place in that government anyways.

One woman off to the side announced that she was setting up an expedition into the forest and wanted to know who was coming. That seemed like a pretty good distraction. The Black Rider walked over to Siluca and nodded her head. She pulled out her PDA to type her message before showing it to the mage.

I would like to come along. You don't have to worry about providing rations for me.

Siluca - Hill of Origin

Siluca indignantly watched as Naga departed from the hill after refusing to ratify chaos’s document. Sure, maybe she might have to go and discuss things with her followers, but given the status of things here at the meeting, she was not sure consulting with them was necessary at all times, especially when decisions needed to be made to secure this realm’s unity that they might be averse to. Something like that would be difficult to implement as her territory grew without appointing vassals or having her followers go through the time-consuming process of selecting representatives. Siluca figured she was as good a representative of the people as anyone here, especially when she had Lord Theo’s ideals to guide her. Darkness also gave her approval but then retracted it, though Siluca could at least count her among one of those going to the expedition. It was also a shame Pink Diamond was one of those who dissented.

Siluca also approached the newcomer as others began to introduce themselves, “Siluca Meletes.”

Siluca turned to give a nod to Celty after reading the strange device she showed to her. She did not know how that thing was displaying writing, but she figured it was something from Celty’s world. She must have had some reason for using that as opposed to just speaking. Looking at Celty’s appearance, it was hard to say just what sort of role she would take if they got into battle with a monster, werewolf, or witch, but Siluca would find out once they did get into the thick of things. Either way, it would probably be better to ask about this once they were away from the hill.

“I am grateful that you can come with us.”

Hill of Origin Politics — Kylo Ren

Ren had kept his silence as the debate ground slowly but surely onwards. Eventually, it was time for the vote. With some reluctance he voted 'aye'. It was at roughly this point that Naga cast the first 'nay' vote. Perhaps if he had been weak like his father, or Luke, he would have been swayed by Naga's argument. As far as he was concerned, though, the people of this city were only fit to be ruled. If nothing else, the ideals of the First Order were doubtlessly superior to whatever government they had to labour under before (if they even had one).

Once the meeting concluded, Ren made his way over to Siluca. "I want to be part of the expedition." He spared the new arrivals only a glance - a droid and a human. If they wanted something from him they could approach him themselves.

The Hill

It seemed everyone here was decided on the matter of chaos's constitution but her and Naga. Somehow, that felt shameful to Darkness, and not in a fun way either. Were they so dead set on deciding the fates of those under their wings? That was how monarchy worked, she knew that much. Some peasants could go on their entire lives without knowing who their king is, seeing them as simply "The King" that took taxes and menaced them with laws and strange customs.

With a sigh, Darknes turned to focus on things at hand. It seemed there was another person saying "nay" to the constitution. While this was another blow to chaos's well-meant effort, a small selfish part of the crusader felt better about not being alone in her indecisiveness (since, with all due respect, hardly anyone seemed to take Naga seriously). Refocusing back on Siluca and the prospect of the expedition, Darkness looked at the new people approaching; a woman in a strange, face-obscuring helmet and a man in black that, despite a non-indicative outfit, held himself with trappings of a warrior. "It's good to have a larger group. Good day to you two. My name is Darkness." She said, greeting them with a nod.

Hamburger Hill

The universe, it seemed, was kind - kind enough to wait until Rico was conscious, fully aware, and had managed to somewhat figure out where he was before swamping him. Rico, in the span of about 30 seconds, learned quite a few new names. Issun and Okami - the former a very, very tiny person hovering just in front of him so that he could be seen, the latter a wolf that seemed far less intimidating than wolves usually did. Guzma, the man who Rico would say he didn't want to piss off, if he didn't look that way already. Siluca - a woman, who probably looked the most normal of the people assembled so far. Somebody else, too - wearing all black. Something about this person set Rico on edge, though if you'd asked he wouldn't be able to put his finger on what. And Darkness, a woman wearing heavy plate armor who looked ready to sack a castle.

After taking a moment to force normal function through after being confronted with an almost unrealistically vibrant amount of people, Rico decided to pet Okami. She seemed like she wanted the attention, and who was he to deny it? "Nice to meet you all." He hesitated for a moment, debating whether or not it would be wise to give out his real name or the codename he usually went by. But Rico eventually decided that he was very, very far away from anyone who would want to hurt him - from any last dregs of dystopian dictatorships, from any angry private military companies with grudges, and especially from the Agency. And anyone here who could hurt him would probably just be able to track him down by sight.

Not like he had parents to be assassinated, either.

"Rico Rodriguez." His attention then turned to somebody else, offering a proper explanation, in a voice that sounded so good for a moment Rico almost lost himself in it. Then he thought better. "Too good to be true" all too often was, and the way this person spoke and carried themselves seemed calming to an almost unnerving degree. In any event, he'd ended up somewhere called the Frontiers - a world that was becoming self-aware, and that apparently shaped itself according to the whims of the people that inhabited it. It was an utterly insane explanation, one that could barely be believed.

But nothing else Rico had seen in his few minutes awake today could be believed either. This would have to do.

"Huh," was his reasoned response to the white-haired individual's polite infodump, before he took the constitution and began to read it. His time in the Agency had made him no stranger to contracts, and while he wasn't exactly the best negotiator, he knew how to spot bullshit that inconvenienced him - or, given what was being discussed here, the freedoms of others.

Alalia - Hill

Alalia mused over the woman's suggestion for a short time, her desire to protective and help grow in conflict with her instinct to let things fall as they do, alongside the newer acquired urge to use the chance to make a profit of some sort. She wasn't so cruel and disconnected to believe that the woman would be able to do so, newly arrived as she was, and especially not if she was to be looking after children with no one to look after them. Eventually, the dryad nodded once and smiled slightly. "I could manage that, yes. And also add a measure of protection to it as well, just in case. I have already been doing such all through out the city and forest anyway."

Alalia then chuckled at Dragon Knight's reaction. "No need to apologize. Especially not for something you feel so strongly about."

Naga - Adventurer's Guild - Wendy's Restaurant

"Wuh wong wih wow wuhchk wi weet?" Naga managed to slur out while inhaling the tuna head. After it had disappeared, leaving behind only a plate to serve as a testament to Naga's gluttony, she patted her stomach in content and leaned back in her seat.

"Another lesson, my apprentice. Magic is a very energy intensive process," she said plainly. "As a sorceress, you should always make sure to be caught up on your next forty meals - you never know when you might need the power. It's not as though you could wait for a group of bandits to let you roast a turkey so that you can cast a fireball on them. Dohohohohoho!"

When she was done laughing at her own joke, she slapped her hand on the table.

"Oh, it wasn't anything much that brought this on, just some of the others trying to create a government to rule over the entire city," she added. "But of course I, the wise and kind Naga the Serpent, knew that I could not agree to such a thing without first discussing it with my apprentice." Her apprentice who also happened to be the person who cooked most of her food. Feeling around her clothes for a napkin, she pulled out her copy of the constitution, looked at it, and then set it down - mostly clean, save for an oily thumbprint at the top near where her finger hand pressed against it.

"Oh, here it is, I thought I threw that out.... In any event, no one else had any such concerns before I left - though one man in armor had been particularly angry about... something - so you that shows you just how little any of them care about the people who came with you, Wendy, such as...."

She stared at her empty plate for a moment.

"Well, you already know their names, there's no reason to talk your ear off, now is there!?"

Hill

"Ah, okay. I'll keep your secret." Guilelessly responding in kind to being entrusted by the nice woman, Dreadnought gave a knowing grin at the spitting image of Team Rocket Sabrina. "It would do us all more good if we had staff capable of knowing the ropes and your great knowledge would be of benefit to both us and the children. The youths should be able to have the best treatment they can get as possible so your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for commitment."

Giving a deep bow to Mystique to show her respect and thanks, the adventurer straightened back up as Alalia put in her two gold. Truly it was rather nice to see that there were people who cared about others besides themselves. It was nice, especially in this line of business. Now all but revved up from super strong sisterly feelings towards children she hadn't even seen yet, the Dragon Knight decided to channel some of her pent up energy in a more productive manner.

"In any case, given what I've heard so far we should set up shop in a respectable territory and start developing before we lose out the possible prime locations." Left unsaid was how some of the other people around here seemed like the sort of people that made you didn't want to trust them in the least, and especially not someone you wanted to owe a debt to. "Astra." Saying her partner's name, Dreadnought then began to channel the potent dragon power within herself towards the baby dragon.

Rumbling sounds began to emit from the light green hatchling before she got covered in a cocoon of light for a few seconds before bursting out as a much more mature looking black dragon the size of a draft horse, spreading great wings outwards while craning her head towards Dreadnought's hand to be patted on the snout. "Now then, would you both like a ride back into the city? Astra is big enough to transport all of us rather comfortably." Hopping onto her mount's back, Dreadnought let out a refreshing smile as the much more dangerous looking dragon waited patiently for any takers.

Wendy's

"Most mages don't eat like bears before hibernation." Drolly responding back to Naga after the whole magic needs a lot of energy excuse, Wendy sighed before plunking down what appeared to be a whole pitcher of ale for Naga to wash down the food with since a simple mug or stein probably wouldn't be enough for the glutton.

"I most definitely do." Peering down at the Constitution with a slowly raising brow, for once the profit-monger looked like she didn't have words for what she saw. At least for a few seconds. "I've never seen anything like this before... who in the world would write something so... daring? The nobility would never give up their right to rule for the most part where I come from."

In a feudal society with unspoken but rigid rules, her people had always been on the bottom of the pyramid so to speak. Only in rare cases like that of the Chrom's Shepherds would that trend be bucked and even then you were still beholden to the caste system to an extent where the lords were guaranteed to be more important than the commoners. Shaking her head and wondering if this had come about due to lack of actual nobility to act as watchdogs, Wendolyn let out a dark chuckle at the thought of being able to tell the blue bloods where to shove it once they tried exerting their right to rule in the city. "And yes, it's better to not rehash things one already knows."

Horizon Zero Dawn Land

As Wulfrik continued his trek, the sounds of battle would eventually be able to be heard in the distance. Noises of screaming men and metallic clanks could be heard here and there, as well as the more unique sounds of plasma shots being flung out indeterminately. After passing through the scraggly trees that would prevent his sight from seeing the actual battle, Wulfrik would come out to a pitched melee between two different sides.

One faction was akin to the robo raptor that had leaped through the gate at one point, though now there was a whole pack of the things scuttling around the terrain, their smaller sizes and speed making it rather hard to keep track of them. The other faction appeared to be brawny men in leather with mohawks, their weapons improvised like machetes, chains, or nailbats.

Dozens of individuals on both sides had already fallen, the machines from being brute forced by blunt damage while the men from having holes seared into their body. From the looks of things, the survivors were only around a dozen on both sizes as the brawl between men and machine continued, the muscle-headed lunks screaming at the top of their lungs while the mechanical lifeforms let out inhuman screeches and zapping sounds.

As one man lunged forward to wrap his chains around a raptor and then hurled it against a tree, he got blindsided by a leaping comrade that used its metal feet to grip his head before swiveling neck down to sear a blast point blank into his eyes, causing the lug to fall forward like a tree being felled. Overall the thing seemed to be rather chaotic in the showdown between monstrous humans and inhuman monsters.

Reiko, Big Boat
Reiko really couldn't see where that line of thought would've gone other than 'whorehouse', honestly. That, and even if it wasn't her line of expertise...if they wanted to make money...well, you get the idea.

"...Whatever," Reiko mumbled after her gun-related semi-friend's rebuke, "A port's a port. Someone will make one."

She also wondered something about those planes of her boat-related semi-friend. How were they being controlled? She had gotten to see one up close in the last week, after some light prodding, and it seemed to look pretty accurate mechanically to the full size version.

Or...at least what she imagined the full-sized version looked like. She really didn't know anything about that kind of stuff.

Did a tiny man appear when it started flying?

Who knows.

This brings us to the last point of contention, an entreaty to find something to do. Reiko did have a business appointment in the near future, but she could spare some time.

The only issue was that Reiko was mentally incapable of coming up with fun ideas.

"We could...maintain our guns, maybe," she said, looking down at the floor.

The Maestros were okay with this document. Like, if they had any problem with it, it's not as if anyone could stop them from doing what they like to do, right? Both music and occasionally beating people to a pulp. Thus, they signed their names.

Which, in this case, was transcribed as I. A. ♫.

Now all they had to do was bully a robot.

They walked up to Zenyatta, looking very cross. "Now then," Ionia said, "I'm guessing that's the end of that, yes?"

"Which means that it's time for your contribution."

"Yes. To the greater good of this city."

"By fixing our wall," they said in unison.

The Hill - Let's Get Some Order (While Darkness Waits For Her Party Members)

Amidst the finishing discussions, a new person appeared in the crowd. Though of moderate height, the man in question held himself with poise of someone wise beyond their years. His cape billowed in the slight wind and his white uniform commanded respect. Though young, he was already experienced in battle, if the bandage over his left eye was any any proof.

Now that the proud Abbey Praetor and an unwanted son of House Dragonia surveyed his surroundings, his brow furrowed. Had he been displaced in time and/or space by some devious arte? His last battle was with the accursed escapee therion, but he sustained no damage other than the loss of his eye. Or did he? Oscar's mind raced, trying to figure out if, perhaps, this daemon held powers much more insidious than her simple-minded brutality suggested. Was it even possible to fling someone out of his time into this... motley crew? Most looked human, but that was already a bridge he crossed at Titania. Some didn't, but he had to be careful all the same.

The Ideas of Reason could not be realized if he were to die uselessly. For now, he had to sound out the situation. "Excuse me." He said, tone authoritative and serious, as he approached the group that just finished explaining things to Rico. Oscar's eye was pointedly set on Amaterasu and Issun even as he continued. "Perhaps you would be so kind to explain the predicament I'm finding myself in."

Oscar's sight then switched towards the two dragons present at the hill, and his first instinct was to draw his sword to engage them before he held the base desire in. Halt. These are not ordinary malakhim. No, no daemon would allow itself to be used as a mount. Ordinary place this was not, and until he knew more, he could not proceed blindly.

Chun-Li, Hill of Origin

"I think I will abstain as well, at least until I get confirmation from my personal students about adopting this," Chun-Li crossed her arms and frowned at chaos. "I certainly wish to pass it, but that loud harlot raised a point valid enough that I feel like I should let my personal students in on it."

Juri, Wendy's

Juri basically just left the Hill without even doing anything. She didn't particularly care about politics, after all. Thankfully, now they were back at Wendy's. Juri seemed to be ignoring the conversation until the talk of nobility came up with Naga showed Wendy the Constitution.

"Oh right, you two come from a medieval world with that sort of mindset," Juri noted as if trying to explain to them. "Long story short... In more advanced worlds, the peasants end up revolting and the nobility were often given the choice to give up more and more of their power... or get the guillotine."

Juri motioned her thumb across her neck, looking completely grim, before pointing to the constitution. "This document is based on the agreement after one of those events... In practice, this generally just makes a new nobility though one less focused on kings and queens, and one more focused on the rich and famous."

Majima (Leaving hill)-This is probably why he never went into politics

It was a clusterfuck.

This was really the only thing Majima had to describe what he was seeing as the various events played out in front of him. Clashing egos, threats, people getting grabbed by their throats. He would give this chaos kid some credit. He was trying. But from what Majima was seeing, more and more he felt highly out of place here. Dispite his high rank in the Tojo clan back home, he had always strove to avoid the stuffy, official shit whenever he could. Other Yakuza bosses loved to sit in their fancy offices, counting their money and showing up at the official functions to wave their status around. Majima had never been one of those bosses. So he shook his head at everything as the call for votes was made.

"I respect what you're trying to do here, kid. It takes balls to try to step up and do what you're doing, push a bunch of unhappy strangers who don't trust each other to work together. But this whole scene has demonstrated why I don't play politics. I ain't a politician, I ain't gonna pretend to know anything about how best to run a government. I'm abstaining from your vote. I wish you the best of luck, kid, but this ain't the place for me. I'll be focusing on what I do best. If you people need some work done with construction, or if you need to destress, come find me. Otherwise, I'm bowing out here."

He turned around, halting next to the Arch Sisters. He turned to look at Zenyatta.

"I'll keep it very simple. You want to be welcome at my club again, you'll come back ready to work and fix the wall, or pay me appropriate compensation for the damages."

He clapped his hands together.

"Ladies. We are leaving."

With that, they left.

Majima (Shrine Gate)-Making a stop

Majima would come to a halt as they reached the building that Char had claimed as a base.

"Hang on. I want to have a chat with Char. You two can come if you want, or head back to the club. Your choice."

Then he walked to wherever Char currently was, and as he approached, spoke.

"It's amazing how little politics change, even when you get kidnapped to another world. Only difference seems to be that here, the people you're arguing with can fire artillery out of their ass or shoot death beams out of their eyes."

Enterprise - Before Arrival

The crashing waves of the ocean as bombs slammed into the deep blue, the smell of gunpowder, the roaring sound of plane engines battle in the skies above, it looked like North Carolina was on fire again and Uncle Sam was screeching at maximum volume. For Enterprise, this was a normal day on the battlefield.

"Fighting Six, launch! Obtain top cover and make sure that bombing Six can get under way to those enemy carriers, Torpedo six you're up next. We'll send these monsters to the bottom of the ocean!"

Of course her launch ended up being interrupted as everything went black. Thoughts raced through her mind, was she dead? had an enemy bomb struck home? No, she likely wasn't dead, she was still here to think, so where was she?

Enterprise - Hill of Origin

The next thing she knew, she was on her back staring up at the clouds. She almost started complaining about how hard the water felt until she realized she wasn't on water, but on land...on a hill even. What the hell was going on? She sat up and shook her head a bit to get any grass off, taking her cap off and shaking it to do the same.

after she felt she had gotten enough of the grass off She started standing up, though it was a bit difficult at first, it had been a long time since she had been on land. There were other people on the hill but her primary concern was making sure Uncle Sam was still around....which the eagle proceeded to show by screeching as it swooped down to land on her shoulder, truly a majestic sight if anyone was paying attention to this random white haired chick who just showed up on the hill 5 seconds ago.

"Good bird, I don't know what those Sirens did to us but we'll pay them back ten fold next time."

She gave the bird a pat on the head before approaching anyone that was still left on the hill, looking for anyone that could point her in the direction of either the United States or Japan. Either one would be the right direction at this point.

"Hi, do any of you happen to speak english?"

She asked in the friendliest tone possible.

Shrine Gate - Char

Char for his part was sitting on the side walk thinking when Majima came over. The fact that today he had already kicked wulfrik through the portal and seen the first attempt at a government self detonate meant he felt no surprise when Majima came to his district for a visit.

"Indeed, I always hated getting involved in politics. Hated it in my world, hate it in this world."

He turned to look at Majima now, almost managing to convey a feeling of exhaustion through his slumped shoulders.

"But I suppose I have something of an advantage since I'm packing heat myself. Anyway did you come by to just say hello and ask how I was, or were you interested in something?"

Right to the point, no beating around the bush today. Perhaps being more straightforward would help him break his streak of back stabbing, or at least that was something Char was hoping.

Alalia - Hill

Dragon Knight's mention of prime real estate triggered a thought in the dryad's mind, and she let out small thoughtful hum as she mused it over. It probably wasn't quite what the other woman was thinking of for an orphanage or school, but the tree in which she had set herself up was large and empty save for herself, Amaterasu and the other goddess, Loki. There were plenty of empty rooms and other spaces that could be used.

"There is one possibility right now, though it might not be exactly what you are looking for." Alalia spoke up after a moment. "Where I have made my home. It is a giant tree that has been shaped inside to be a living and gathering area for a large number of people, and it is still largely empty. If it is not perfect, it may still be a good place to start before a proper place is built."

The tanned woman watched with interest at Astra's transformation, noting the power of the magic to be able to do such a thing in an instant. Smiling, she hopped lightly up onto the dragon's back and moved forward to wrap her arms around Dragon Knight's waist to keep herself secured. She could have flown back, but she wasn't going to decline a free ride. "I shall take you up on it. I could point out the tree as well if you wished to see more."

Siluca - Hill of Origin

Although she vaguely remembered Kylo Ren trying to interrogate the Fire Nation tank driver, and his suggestions at the meeting seemed on the vague side, Siluca overall had no issue with him.

A few others came, but after Siluca introduced herself to them and mentioned her expedition once more, she turned to those present at large.

“If this meeting is adjourned, I shall be returning to my lodgings to make preparations.”

With that, Siluca left.

Siluca, Outside New Log Horizon District

When the time came, those who wished to accompany Siluca on the expedition would find her waiting beside one of the few entrances to the “district” she had delineated with earthen walls. The walls stood taller than Siluca herself, and often ran just flush to its outermost buildings. They stretched a bit out from the city, to encompass some of the farm plots the peasants of the guild had claimed. Many of the buildings’ walls were adorned with New Log Horizon’s orange “banner,” even if there did not appear to be anyone occupying those buildings.

A for the most part ordinary villager carrying a bow, a quiver with arrows, and possibly a hunting knife, stood alongside Siluca. A few backpacks, knapsacks, etc carrying the volunteering adventurer’s rations lay alongside the wall.

Once everyone was there, Siluca gestured to the villager, “This is Bram. He is one of the men who discovered the tracks.” She turned to him, “Lead us to them.”

Letting the others choose their own marching order, whether they wished to go ahead or behind Bram, and assuming no one had any quick questions, Siluca let the villager lead the group alongside the wall and then into the forest beyond until they presumably found the trail. As they passed by the nearest entrance into the district, one or two lightly armed villagers would be standing guard, though keeping their distance from the adventuring group as they passed.

It's yo boi, new meat

"Man, these people are coming out of the woodwork," Guzma commented after seeing Oscar, seemingly the third or fourth new person to arrive just within the past few minutes. The screeching eagle informed the trainer of yet another new person. Speaking of which, he thought. He then approached Enterprise.

"Hey girl," Guzma greeted, "name's Guzma. What's yours? And sweet bird ya got there! Some kinda variation of Braviary?"
