. It's weak, but I'm voting Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
Might not be obvious enough that the weaker party is a Corrupt Corporate Executive.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Apples and oranges are both round-shaped fruits. That does not make apples oranges.
Or, in less cryptic fashion, Dragon-in-Chief is about a villain's second who is more formidable than them but still serves them for whatever reason; Puppet King is explicitly about a puppet ruler being controlled by his advisor(s), none of whom even have to be malevolent. They can overlap, but they're distinct tropes.

It's not clear that the guy sharing the image with Bane is his boss, could be some random bystander in a suit.
7 relies on the same means of visual expression as the current (The Dragon towering over his superior), so that would be a lateral change. The current even does it better IMHO because of the camera angle.

Spiral out, keep going.Even if it were a lateral change in terms of visual value, there is still the Puppet King overlap issue.

While this is a good example of a Dragon-in-Chief, there's nothing in the image itself that suggests the dragon (Tywin, on the right) is a greater threat than the villain (Joffrey, on the left). Am I overthinking this?
The fantasy RPG videos that play in my head are amazing.
