I've played it. I got two of Miranda's special endings without knowing what triggered them, and I've also managed to get a date with Valerie, a "secret character."
"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."I've now gotten five of the secret endings (and a few normal endings as well) although I had to use a guide, so I feel a little like I'm cheating. Zoe is the cutest possible world-shattering abomination ever. Somehow. Even though there's nobody for me to cheat against. I hope they work out the online feature soon, I'd really like to play the game with my friends once finals are done.

they're gonna find intelligent life up there on the moon/and the canterbury tales will shoot up to the top of the best-seller listThis was a surprisingly fun game. I'd never done a dating sim before until this one, and I actually laughed out loud several times. It's very well written.
I always pick Oz as my main dude, and despite my best efforts failed to get a date my first two plays though the game. Then I learned about Valerie, and she is now my OTP for Oz. There's just something very cute about her that I can't place exactly.
"Can't make an omelette without breaking some children." -BurMe too. In my first game, I just lost myself in the insanity of the game and ended in prom with Polly (with the shit I did, no wonder. Then I learned that's the normal. ...What?) and a estimate of 5 minutes not laughing. I believe that all characters are really likeable and cool, with the exception of Vera. F**k her.
I'm not one to recommend a game of the Dating Sim genre, but I've spread the word on this one. Also, sort-of-spanish game; which for me is a plus.

"Monster Prom 2" has a Kickstarter campaign and it is already long past it's goal!
The game itself is actually a 3-in-1 deal, with three different games modes to choose from;
- Monster Camp: The most traditional of the three modes. You go around areas and trigger random events like in the first game, with the twist being that at night, you and everyone else gather around the campfire to either share ghost stories, gossip, or smooches.
- Monster Retreat: Snowball War. Pick a side and find recruits.
- Monster Roadtrip: You go on a road trip with Scott and Polly while managing your resources.
As of this typing, the Kickstarter has made over $398,000, which is over 356,000 in pounds!
They're very close to reaching the 360,000 pound goal of adding more playable characters, and they also have a 420,000 pound goal of adding a fourth adventure staring Zoe and Liam!
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Monster Con was just released. We loving it so far? I am. It’s hysterical!

You’re Gonna Carry That Weight.

So this game was released a few days ago. I backed it on Kickstarter a ways back, and so far I've been enjoying it a lot. Essentially, it's a competitive party game version of a dating sim where you try to get some monsters to go to prom with you, and it's really funny. Also, surprisingly difficult (I've played the short single-player version like twelve times by now, and only succeeded at getting someone to prom twice.) Also, you get to choose your player character's pronouns, which is dope. note
Have you played it? Which potential date is your favorite? (Mine's Scott, because 1. werewolves, 2. Big, 3. he's nice) Got any of the secret endings yet?
