To be fair, the fact that the Time Stone exists makes any deaths suspect regardless.
This song needs more love.
Nick Fury calls for Captain Marvel while he and Maria Hill turn to ash.

This song needs more love.I feel like a big issue here for me is that it feels like The Russo's going back to their old bag of tricks again. And since I know most of their tricks already, the impact doesn't land as hard as it should.
Also yeah the ending is undercut because I know that most of those characters are almost certainly coming back. And the ones that will stay dead for good, you could predict would die.
There's precisely one, ONE, cool twist in this film.
That being said, the spectacle is still impressive and the performances solid all around.
I enjoy the show. Love the Stark and Strange banter. Thanks actually love Gamora, don't expect that.
In the post credit scene, to whom Nick Fury is sending the massage to? I couldn't recognize the symbol.
If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?Obviously Spidey & T’Challa are safe, but what if not everyone who got dusted comes back?
Peace is the only battle worth waging.Eh I'm almost positive that Dr. Strange is safe as well for much the same reasons. And I highly doubt that, given the context, they do away with Bucky that way either. Also GOTG 3 make it unlikely that Star Lord is gone for good either.
MAYBE they keep Fury and one or two others dead for good, but I'm not even convinced of that either. And those characters are ones that you could have called dying early on anyway.
Vision, possibly. But then again the "death radar" was going off on him from the moment that we find out that an Infinity Stone is literally in his forehead. That, plus Paul Bettany's age, makes it not all that surprising.
Falcon and Scarlet Witch=doubt it (but I'm open to being surprised their potentially, we'll see).
So that means that the next film will be called Avengers: Last Standing?
I bet the next film will be about Captain Marvel herself finding a way to reverse the damage Thanos did while Hawkeye, Ant-Man and Wasp appear to join the heroes in the true final battle.
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.i can't believe they had the stones to do the snap. I mean we all know they'll be back (thats how it happened in the comic after all) but to end the film with that is ballsy as hell
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Watched it. Not a big fan. The stakes didn't feel real (I'm mostly asking myself how it will be undone, not whether it will be). I didn't like how the dramatic moments were constantly undercut by attempts at injecting humour in the middle of them, but that's nothing new.
Ceterum censeo Morbillivirum esse eradicandum. Now people are speculating that A4 will be a loose adaptation of Avengers Forever and involve a group of heroes from different points in time.
This song needs more love.Dunno. Never read that book but it's based on set photos of (A4 spoilers): a grey-haired Tony, Avengers 1 Steve and Thor, Homecoming Peter, and Ant-Man.
This song needs more love.

I feel like that ending loses some of its impact with the future movies planned, since we know there's going to be a new Spider-Man, GOTG, and Ant-Man/Wasp movie after this so any deaths those characters have can be undone.
The Protomen enhanced my life.
