Mad Skillz is a she and there shouldn't be any reason to fault her for not wanting to watch it in theaters. Chill.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? This is not going to be a typical Space Opera Star Wars so it isn't going to be the tastes of Star Wars fans, even if it is really damn good. Rogue One was the same way it was not a Space Opera but a war movie akin to The Dirty Dozen.
If someone doesn't think they will like it then they don't have to see it.
So I'm gonna ask this here first (and then maybe in other threads):
The Millennium Falcon vs The Ebon Hawke vs The Ghost.
Which ship kicks the ass of the other two in all categories?

One Strip! One Strip! Why does everybody make fun of the Millennium Falcon?
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!Jeez, this movie has been Damned by Faint Praise and it hasn't even come out yet
For a lot of fans, the movies are nothing. They're not the draw for the franchise. I won't say anything too inflammatory like "the movies suck, get over it" but they're VERY YMMV. A lot of us only care about the movies for where they direct the other media to go. The games. The books. The graphic novels. Honestly, as a gamer I'd rather see new interactive experiences come out and play out weeks' worth of those than sit to binge watch the static screen stuff.
This fleshes out a character who has already had a lot of screen time. I might go see it for fun, and to see if they bring anything new to the table that I might fight against when EA loses hold of the gaming side of things and we get new single player games again. That's about it.

Are you really sure?
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.
