I don't think real-life examples should be a Useful Note, but they might work as Trivia.
Keet cleanupTitles and credits having names misspelled is covered by Spell My Name With An S.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I think this should be trivia.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.^^ Spell My Name With An S seems to be about two tropes. Accidental typos and translation/adaptation induced misspellings.
Accidental typos should be trivia.
Optimism is a duty.Making this Trivia sounds like a better option than moving it to Useful Notes. The former would allow in-universe examples to be left as-is aside from needing additional labeling or the [[invoked]] tag to disable the Trivia indicator.

You can't always get what you want.I don’t know. There are varying degrees of this, some trivia and some not. Entire show names like Cutey Honey was misspelled for 20 years, The 1997 remake Cutie Honey Flash actually use the correct spelling but they do not change the works from 70s to the 90s.
Chrono Crusade Joked about their original Crono Crusade by showing the old one in flames a couple of times.
Some shows had Title Card screw up or had huge spelling errors in their opening like Amagi Brilliant Park’s op had "It's not a fairy tail" on it but it was later corrected to"It's not a fairy tale".
Those I wouldn’t call trivia at all.
Minor things like there is a minor typo on a dvd back cover is trivia though.

Seemingly misspelled titles are covered by Inherited Illiteracy Title, not this.
You can't always get what you want.If they were intentional then yes but they wernt thus this trope and most were eventually corrected in some way.

Inherited Illiteracy Title lists cases of works sticking with misspellings that were originally unintentional, particularly in the literature section.
You can't always get what you want. Then that trope needs a massive rewrite and possibly a return to Ykttw for actual examples of that as well as this trope’s relationship needs to be changed.
From the page pic for Inherited Illiteracy Title, I'd guess it was about intentional examples. Although that pic may not be the best as it doesn't show the "inherited" part.
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!^^ It should be fairly easy to pick out "originally unintentional" examples and create a TLP draft for them under something like Ascended Typo.
Clock is set.

Tyop on the Cover is a bit weird in that it does feature a collection of in-universe examples where a typo is mentioned, typically in a manner after the damage has been done, but has much more examples that cover problems with real life title cards, misspelled actor names in credits, words in the background of a scene, cover typos, etc. In other words, things that don't have any impact on the story itself, but they're easily recognized as typos by the viewers.
Those examples would fit better as a useful note. The in-universe examples could possibly fit better under a different named trope, but not sure exactly what to call it. Maybe Typo Mishap?
