I archive binged this whole comic over the weekend (because I couldn't sleep and had nothing better to do — coincidence, I assure you), and all I have to say about today's update is: d'aww.
This update is extremely gay and adorable.
Book end? Feels like a good spot for a book end.

I think it's only a bookend if the chapter ended with them actually at a restaurant, or even the same one Undine and her mother were at at the beginning.
Unless you had something else in mind?

Reminds me of one of her tweets about her struggles with AT&T's services, which as a replier noted, could be the title of a light novel.
Truly we live in the dumbest cyberpunk dystopia.
At least our cybernetics are easier to use than we expected. Very few invasive grafts. And ever since cybernetics companies realized that flesh-colored prosthetics look creepy, they're all black and silver and stuff.

...I'm trying to figure out what Frost is seeing in Flames's mark. It doesn't look like they fit together...

They don't fit together in the puzzle piece sense, but they're variations on the same shape.
Plus I think that's each in the palms on their hands. Hence the hold hands lot Pretty Cure Alt Text.
