I thought it was about a Stock Shout-Out to Batman. Both of the definitions you list sound much too broad for that. Actually, the first definition might fit mine, and the examples seem to fit said definition, but not the description, or at least towards the end of it.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIf you read the description, it's clearly talking only about "that trope where you shout 'to the [place]!' dramatically". If we scrubbed all the "that trope where you name all your stuff 'relevant-adjective-thing'" from the description and examples... it'd still be in the title.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Oh, we already have Hyperaffixation? That simplifies things.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. So in that case, redefine this as only shouting a destination dramatically, and any examples more appropriate for Hyperaffixation would be moved to that page?
Sounds good.
Hyperaffixation seems to be not thriving, however. Moving the page quote and some examples from To The Bat Noun would help, but the name is also a little clunky...

I can't tell whether this is "shouting 'to the <place>!' dramatically" or "naming scheme where you stick a relevant adjective onto the thing's name".
The description, examples, and even the title are all ambiguous and refer directly to both.
We probably need to hard split this into two tropes, neither of which is titled "To the Batnoun!".
