I like this thought experiment!
Anne, assuming the Core still thinks Andrias should keep her alive due to her calamity powers, would get taken in by Andrias, but instead of appealing to intelligence and being a father figure, he'd exploit how easily influenced Anne is by people she considers friends to get her to do his bidding. He'd tell Anne a sanitized version of the Calamity Box's origins and purpose to get her on his side and try to get Anne to harness her calamity powers much earlier than in canon. However, just like in canon, Anne would be able to make connections with the "common folk" of Newtopia in a way in Marcy never could, and this would open her eyes to a different perspective on Newtopia and Andrias. Ultimately it would lead her to having to learn to stand up to Andrias the same way she had to learn to stand up to Sasha.
Sasha, after defeating the mantis on her own, would pass herself off as some sort of giant killer and turn Wartwood into her personal fiefdom. She wouldn't see the frogs as anything more than servants for awhile, but she would slowly form a bond with the Plantars akin to her bond with Grime, Braddock, and Percy that mellows her out. When the toads and/or Andrias' forces show up, that would ultimately lead to her to start caring about Wartwood for real, like her arc in season three.
Marcy would end up becoming Grime's second in command like Sasha, but via a different method. Her genre-savyness and knowledge would lead to the toads coming to see her as a "master tactician." Possibly still an imprisoned one, but with Grime or others coming to her for advice. Imagine, for example, Marcy improving Grime's reputation among the toads the same as Sasha, but instead of using emotional intelligence like Sasha did, Marcy keeps calling out all the different "Bad Boss villain cliches" that Grime is falling victim to. However, Marcy's desire to live out a "heroic" fantasy means she wouldn't settle for the Obviously Evil toad tower and either try to escape during the heron attack or, once her confidence is boosted by being valued and listened to by Grime for awhile, actually ends up betraying him and taking over.

I only saw that video because of a tweet that featured the characters in their special outfits here. But it was actually pretty good. I don't know if its just me, but I feel like Anna pulled the weight here. Gloria seemed to have the most lines, and Sasha spoke one too. Though, I'm afraid it will be the last time for a while that we hear from Gloria, so its nice to see here like this. In general, seeing as how two of these shows have already ended, I wonder how it must feel to be brought back to do these roles again after thinking that that was it.
On another note, thank god Disney seems to have somewhat lightened their no crossover rule.
Ah, thanks. I don't really pay too much attention to the voice actors unless I hear someone doing a similar voice in multiple roles.

I think the no crossover rule only applied to the actual shows for their canon. I think promotional short stuff like Broken Karaoke and Chibiverse are likely more okay with them than big scale crossovers.
And admitedly, Amphibia's only been over for a few months so I imagine it wasn't that hard for Haley to redjust to voicing Marcy again (could've even been recorded shortly after the Amphibia series finale).

Also, anyone notice how little people seem to care about Marcy nearly dying and being stabbed? This post
does show how while Sasha nearly falling to her death at Toad Tower led Anne to outright cry and break down over it, Andrias dropping Sprig led Anne to also cry and even outright go Super Saiyanne over his possible death, and Anne sacrificing herself and actually dying led everyone to outright mourn for her death.
Yet when Marcy nearly dies, no one seems to even care too much about it. Anne literally gets excited over Wifi minutes after seeing Marcy get stabbed and Sasha shows a much stronger reaction to reading Anne's journal than Marcy's stab (like she's more tearful over realizing how much she messed up with Anne over Marcy possibly being killed). Heck, even the Plantars flat out didn't care too much either (despite Marcy doing nothing to wrong them) and Olivia and Yunan only bothered freeing her for being smart instead of being upset Andrias killed a child.
Like if the characters have such little reaction to Marcy's brush with death compared to Anne, Sasha, and Sprig's brushes with death, you might as well have just had Marcy knocked out unconscious by Andrias or one of his robots and thrown in a dungeon instead of being stabbed.
Fine, then let's open a new topic totally unrelated: Y'all notice how whenever the Plantars are in danger or nearly killed like in Anne or Beast, Handy Anne, True Colors, and season 3A, Anne's blue powers always activate in some way. Yet when Sasha and Marcy are almost killed in Reuniion and True Colors, Anne's blue powers never even go as far as blue glowing eyes. Does anyone notice that detail?
She had a genuine friendship/family with the Plantars, not with Marcy and Sasha.
This is one of the problems with the fandom. They overemphasized how deep the girls friendship was and totally ignored how the Plantars were Anne's first non toxic relationship. I mean Jesus, the fandom for Amphibia can be barely be called a fandom, since so many seem to barely give a damn about characters who aren't Sasha and Marcy.
And it completely distorted people's views of the show. Literally in the final episode, it's the Plantars who cradle Anne as she dies and Sprig is the most torn up. Even the time skip and reunion is more of an afterthought compared to the emotional core between Anne and the Plantars in the finale.
It can certainly be argued that Amphibia is a show about the intricacies of friendship, and how making amends just isn’t as easy as apologizing and making everything better. It just so happens that these themes are explored via a world of frogs and newts and toads.

Okay, how come you aren't doing this same talk for the Owl House fans who tend to prioritize Amity, Willow, Gus, and Hunter (kinda equivalent to Sasha and Marcy) over Eda and King despite Eda and King (who kinda are the equivalent to the Plantars) being more prominent to Luz on the actual show?
And come on, the fact the girls knew each other since at least kindergarten (or earlier in Anne/Marcy's case) and the flashbacks showing Sasha wasn't always a toxic and bossy person does show that the friendship didn't start toxic and did start off close.

Let’s not pretend Willow, Gus, Hunter, and especially Amity aren’t way more central to TOH than Sasha and Marcy are to this show.

Still, Sasha and Marcy are still somewhat prominent on the show considering they do get a lot of episodes and development, too much that you can't just lump them in with the Wartwood citizens in prominence. Heck, they even had points where they were main cast like Marcy in season 2 and Sasha in season 3B.
And Amity did have a lot of absences in season 1 and there have been stretches where Willow and Gus don't appear.

Even then, Luz only began going to school in mid-season 1 and season 2 doesn't really show much of Luz going to school (only having 2 episodes with her in school there) so her being in school with them everyday doesn't hold water.
No one goes to Amphibia if Marcy doesn't exist and the status quo remains in Amphibia. Meaning no show exists.

It’s not just how frequent their appearances are, it’s also the roles they play when they appear.
It’s impossible to claim Sasha or Marcy are as important to Anne as Amity is to Luz.

Positive Sasha and Marcy always play relevant roles whenever they do show up and they still go through far more growth than a mere side character. Like come on, isn't it a bit off lumping Sasha and Marcy in with Wartwood citizens in prominence, like short changing their roles on the show.
Willow, Gus, and Amity are on par with Sasha and Marcy in that regard for prominence. Even Braly and voice director Eden Riegel consider Sasha and Marcy as major cast.

If we're playing What If? with how the girls would be if they were transported to different areas, are we basing it on consistency and realism with their initial characterization or how the writers would write it in order to get the plot moving, while keeping the girls having agency of their own?
In a Anne in Newtopia, Marcy in Toad Tower, Sasha in Wartwood sort of deal and going with the former premise, Marcy would definitely be stuck in prison indefinitely as this is prior to her development to become more capable, and lacking the resources that would allow her self-improvement. In Newtopia, Marcy had a kingdom of resources to teach her how to fight and train, give her equipment, and the freedom to study. That's not something she would have in Toad Tower as Grime's prisoner and at best, she runs frightened and scared once the Herons attack. Sasha would probably have left Sprig to die after the initial encounter with the preying mantis, which means she wouldn't be in Wartwood with the Plantars, because this is before her character development to actually have strong emotional bonds with others not in her friend group and not thinking beyond her own needs. Anne has the best shot at survival, as all it would need is for her to ingratiate herself with Andrias. Possible, because she is a friendly person, but Andrias does have a soft spot for the intellectually curious, which Anne isn't. If she doesn't, the Core would convince Andrias to kill her immediately to stop the prophecy. If she does, I see her basically being a pliable stooge for Andrias.
If we mean that the plot plays out in a way that actually allows them to have adventures, Anne's story plays out as I said previously, where she becomes friends with Andrias. She becomes a pliable stooge for him. Sasha either could stomp the mantis outright, thereby staying with the Plantars, while not clashing with her self-only characterization or that she rescues Sprig because it was transactional, not altruistic (they either make a deal to scratch each others' backs or that Sasha realizes leaving him to die means she's out in the wilderness again with no one like the past month and now a bunch of angry frogs will be hunting her). Marcy is the more interesting one. She doesn't have athletic abilities (yet) or manipulative capabilities, so it's hard to see how she would ingratiate herself to Grime. Either she would be broken out by someone resisting the toads (like Tritonio's group) or maybe find a way to be Grime's version of Toady and grow from there.
