Web Two Point Oh isn't a narrative device and isn't really used as a trope internally. The description is written more like a useful note than a trope. I'd suggest either making it Useful Notes, or just cutting it.

So, there are 2 usages as a trope. Even if we keep this as a trope, it should go back to TLP to find examples. The description would also need work to make it read more like a trope.
