Class 1 Homeroom
"Well then," said Interceptor. "If that will be all, then I suppose it's time to head over to the Training Room. Everyone, follow me." Interceptor was halfway to the door when he suddenly remembered something somewhat important. "Oh, Omega. You're to head over to Armada's office. It's just around the corner. She teaches Engineering. She wants to have a talk. Once you're done, she'll take you to the Training Room." He began to walk out of the room when, for the first time that day, he felt a genuine shred of compassion. "Also, I'm sorry. For what happened. I just wanted to say that." It didn't last long. "Come on, everyone. Follow me." And as he made his way out of the room, he couldn't help but take off one of his gloves and look at his own prosthetic skin. And wonder if he had made the right choice.
It didn't last long. "Come on. March!"
Snatching up her bag, Lucy ran out to follow Interceptor, head held low. Her hands were shaking quite severely, so she clutched her bag in both hands for comfort.
After taking a few deep breaths to calm herself, she walked a little more confidently. Emphasis placed on little. She was terrified, and that wasn't going to change any time soon. The thought if having to fight, even a simple training session that may not even be against her classmates was stressful to her. But she would pull through. She had to.
No way in hell would she dare try and back out now.

Right on cue, Rosalinda stood up. She also gathered her bag and started following directions. She pointed at the sleeping girl and said. "What about her, sir?"
"You ok, Lucy? You seem nervous."

Lucy, to her credit, only gave out a tiny squeak of surprise as Ever Green put a concerned hand on her shoulder, asking if she was alright. She gave her a small, grateful smile in return.
"I-I'm OK. I a-am a l-little nervous, b-but I'm OK," she admitted quietly, before straightening up in her walk and gently taking Ever's hand off her shoulder.
It was just a training session. One of many to come. Honestly, it was supervised by The Interceptor, for goodness sakes, what could possibly go wrong?

"Of course, excellency," Matten spent but little time with her nop. She had no intent on slowing their trip to the empyrean. She observed Gently examining his prosthetic hand as well as his sudden apology but made no comment. He resumed the march, and that was that. Matten saw Rosalinda pointing out Vicky, and would have carried her, but that wouldn't be healthy for her. She pulled her bag behind her and quite literally marched after Gently, pumping her arm up and down and following an inaudible marching tune.

Standing up, grabbing his bag, Mikael followed the others out of the classroom, eager to get to the action. Perceptive listeners would notice the rustling of metal and wood from his bag as he moved. As he left, however, one of his classmates pointed out the sleeping girl. He turned back a moment, frowning.
"I'd say just leave her to sleep." He said, and resumed walking. "If she can't be bothered to get up in the morning I doubt she has the resolve to be a hero. Those who save lives must be dependable, after all."
Ever let her hand fall to the side. Clearly, Lucy was more than 'a little bit' nervous, she had let out a soft squeak as soon as Ever's hand touched her shoulder. Her incredulity crept it's way into her voice as she replied,
"Alright, if you're okay then I won't bother you. Calm down some okay? Lot's of big heroes here making sure nothing goes wrong. No reason to be nervous."
Ever gave what she hoped was a reassuring smile as she moved away to give Lucy some space.

On the way to the training hall
Yes! It was finally time for Rebecca to show her stuff in front of everyone! This was so exciting! However, as she went to leave the classroom, she noticed that the ceiling girl was still asleep. Somebody should really wake her up before she got in any more trouble.
Hmm, she had an idea. It might have been a little cruel, but the girl sort of deserved it for sleeping in class. So, walking to the desk she was sleeping at, Rebecca shoved her armpit in the girl’s face, hoping to use her noxious B.O. as a substitute for smelling salts.
... Okay, maybe she was also annoyed at the girl for sleeping in front of Interceptor and making the class look bad. And maybe this was as much a punishment as an attempt to wake her up. But Rebecca had no doubt it would work, at the very least.
Oliver was content with picking up Victoria, but another girl- one with a significant... odor- got to her first, and used a much less hygienic method of waking the girl up. "Did you really have to do that? I could've woken her, or, worst case scenario, carried her."
Liam found himself thinking about the training, a possible introduction to the basics of the room, and even the idea of sparring with his classmates. He remembered his grandmother's story and hoped he could keep Regalia under control for this.
Even though he had far less experience with it than his grandmother had had, when it still managed to go out of control and mutilate someone horribly.
He still marched along with the others, though he hoped that everything went smoothly. Heck maybe he could get by just by using his strings, and nothing else. The less he had to use Regalia against his classmates, the less risk they were in. Because Liam didn't know whether a barrier he made at present would simply deflect an attack or rip that person apart in a massive counterattack beam.
As soon as Victoria took another long snore, she started hacking and gagging as the smell reached her lungs. Instinctively, a powerful shockwave shot out in Rebecca's direction as Victoria woke up, confused and desperate, though with Victoria wildly flailing about, it was impossible for the others to tell if any potential hit wasn't the result of a physical impact.
"What the hell?! *cough cough cough*"

Lucy flashed a small, grateful smile to Ever. She didn't expect her (or anyone else) to be that concerned over her being nervous, but it was heartwarming to see that she cared nonetheless.
She mentally added Ever onto her list of classmates she considered worth spending time with. A list, currently, of only two people (three if you counted Elly).
Her confidence built up a little more as she walked, before it was shattered by the ground rumbling slightly and a short yell coming from back in the classroom. She halted in her tracks, slowly turning towards the disturbance.
"W-what was that?" she asked.

Rosalinda braced herself by holding on two tables. She eventually wobbled onto her feet.
"Vibration. Dreamgirl's just woke," Rosalinda said. "There was also vibration when she made her landing. Probably her power."

Oliver- hardly suppressing laughter- stepped back so he was out of the flailing girl's range. "Oh, yeah, Interceptor said you got detention. Come on, we're going to the training room." He nodded toward the direction of the door, and then started to leave. Oliver looked toward Rebecca to see if the shockwave caused her any trouble.
Caleb purposefully waited for most of the class to stand up first, staying at the back of the group. He felt like he should really know who this teacher was but he was coming with nothing - he had to relearn a good chunk of pop culture anyway so it wasn't surprising.
He finally stood up around the time Victoria let off a shockwave.
"You alright over there?"
While there was no visible indicator of who was talking, Harmony had a pretty different cadence, certainly a lot higher and softer than you'd expect coming out of Caleb's body.
To the Engineer's!:
Omega heard what Interceptor told to her. "Understood!" she said cheerfully, but this energy did not last, as he said:
"Also, I'm sorry. For what happened. I just wanted to say that."
Alexa froze. These unexpected words pierced her heart, as the girl remembered how she ended up here in the first place. She felt her body being torn apart and held herself together to prevent that from happening, despite the fact that it was all but pain of illusion. "T... thank you." Alexa said to him quietly, before forcibly regaining her smile and heading off to Armada's office. To ignore everything bad, Alexa hummed a song. It was a mix-mash of her favorite songs which sounded unorthodox to outsiders, but she did not care. She had to suppress it, ignore it, pretend that everything's alright.
Automaton finally arrived at Armada's. She knocked on the door and came in.

The girl’s shockwave sent Rebecca flying about five feet before she landed on her ass with a thud. It had somehow escaped her mind that the girl she was giving such a rude awakening also had powers. In hindsight, that had been rather dumb. Rebecca pushed herself up and turned toward the girl who was currently choking on her stench.
“Okay, yeah, I deserved that. But it’s time to go to the training hall and show our stuff, and you weren’t waking up! It would’ve been bad if you got another detention!”
Time to move. Samuel just quickly picked up his things and decided to wait before start moving. The shockwave and the falling girl took his attention and decided to intervene.
"Why do I feel like this is gonna be a recurring thing?" He asked rhetorically. "It's better if you knock it off, and just go" He told Rebecca "I doubt she actually wants to be here anyway" He commented. With that, he left.
Armada was busy fiddling round in her office, though it could only charitably be called that at best. Covering half of the walls were portraits of half-naked women, all posing like something out of a Playboy magazine. The rest of them were littered with blueprints, all for various new machines and inventions. Some of these were listed 'Armada MK III' or Armada MK I' or some such, apparently being designs of Armada's previous bodies.
Speaking of Armada, she was sitting at her desk fiddling with some sort of newfangled hi-tech device. A raygun from the looks of it. She was dressed in a white undershirt and a pair of overalls. Her hair was short and mussy, and she didn't bother wearing any fancy makeup such as lipstick or eyeliner. Tuxedo aside, she didn't seem to be one that cared much for appearances. Not that she needed it.
"Come on..." She continued to fiddle with the laser, desperate to get it to work. Suddenly, just as Omega entered the room—
"EUREKA!" The laser suddenly came to life, whirring like a vibrator and blasting a hole straight next to Omega's ear. It was only then that Armada noticed she had a visitor. One she had been expecting.
"Oh God!" She hastily turned off the laser before her hand opened up to reveal a small hole. It unleashed a blue sticky foam at the spot the laser had struck, quickly extinguishing the small fire she had accidentally started. "Sorry about that! Got so caught up in my little project, I almost forgot you were coming! Guess I'm gonna have to fix that. Well, whatever. We can worry about that later. Anyway, come on in! Take a seat! Make yourself at home! I've also got some oil in the back, case you get thirsty. Not that we can get thirsty, but you know what I mean."
Interceptor and most of the students arrived at the training room. Any stragglers would simply get demerits. At first glance, it didn't look like much: A large white room with nothing but a small control panel near the door and a small window near the ceiling. However, looks could be decieving.
"Right. Here's how it's going to go. When I turn on the Training Room, there's going to be a small army of dummies. Your goal is to defeat said dummies. Keep in mind that I said 'defeat.' 'Killing' them is a no-no. They may not be real, but the goal of a hero is to defeat your opponents when possible, not rip them to shreds. And for students simply learning to control their powers, I'm assuming you don't want to lob the head off of some random punk that happens to accost you in the street. In any case, you have fine minutes. If you can defeat them, you'll get extra credit, but this session is mainly about seeing what you can do. Oh, and once you're done, you'll get to meet the Saint. Just an FYI. Any questions before we begin?"

Lucy marvelled at the deceivingly simplistic design of the room. This amount of free space could be hiding a ridiculous amount of training gear.
One, apparently, was the supposed dummies. She was somewhat relieved that she didn't have to face off with an actual person just yet, but she was still wary.
Suddenly remembering Interceptor's advice to submit her costume ASAP, she reached into her bag, pulling out a folded piece of paper, and hesitantly approached the hero.
"M-Mr Interceptor, sir...? D-Do you m-mind... if..." she trailed off in a small voice, holding the paper out to him hesitantly. On it was a surprisingly well-drawn design, a kevlar bodysuit with a belt lined with ink canisters. With the exception of the massive cloak and hood, it seemed practical enough. Lucy's family had all had an input in the design, which she was grateful for... but...
How did he manage to look even more stern up close?

Matten near jumped for joy when she reached the training room—then fell on her face when Gently emphasized 'defeat'. But, I like confetti...This may be Atlas hard now... Quickly picking herself up, Matten made a nop, half-apologetic, half-standard. "Excellency, Matten Mahsa Mattiuza," she paused a moment. "Do these 'dummies' simulate human-like pain and incapacitation, or are we disabling machines, like, well machines? Or is that a surprise?"

"Sir, will we be taking on our own small groups of dummies, or will all the dummies be available for everyone to attack? On that note, how easily repaired is the floor?"
Ever was already sensing out some of the thicker roots beneath the smooth white ground, readying them to come up. There were a good 12 human-sized enemies worth of roots down there if she was efficient with them, about 6 if she was not. They would also allow for a much easier foothold for her other plants to grow if they broke through.

Victoria scaled slightly.
"Vibration isn't my power. I'm just super strong and was flailing about. You could have woken me up in a less gross way you know?"
She got up and grades towards the Training Room.
Victoria just yawned as she heard about them having to disable dummies, and then meeting the Saint afterwards.
Just gotta put up a token effort...
She faces the arena in a casual stance. Hands by her side, eyes half lidded and back hunched. The very epitome of "could not be bothered".
"Let's get this over with."
