I don't think there's a specific feature, but you can edit your comments around the wiki and forums and rather than explaining the thing, just say "(deleted)" or "nvm." That happens all the time in ATT and TRS.
Or are you asking specifically about review comments? IDK, honestly. You should be able to edit comments, though?

Individual users cannot delete their own comments, but moderators can. It's kind of a waste of time, but if it really bothers you, you can link to the specific review and we can cut the dups.
