- Name: Wakana Bennett*
- Age: 20
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: Wakana is British/Japanese biracial and stands barely over 5 foot tall. She has half-shaven black hair with a long fringe dyed purple. She generally wears over-the-top punk fashions but is forced into a neat blouse and suit trousers if her parents are around.
- Rider Type: Original
- Rider Name: Kamen Rider Rerveb
- Henshin Appearance: Tune In!
◊
- Additional Gear: When she transforms, her guitar does too (and can be summoned to her if not present), becoming the Amp Wing. In this form it can turn sound into concussive blasts.
- Backstory: Wakana's parents were both high-flying entrepreneurs, buying her whatever she wanted but rarely being around. Despite her fairly spoiled upbringing, Wakana developed a rebellious attitude and a serious problem with authority. She found the Heartbeat Tuner in a pawn shop; the idea of an old-fashioned radio lashed to a belt seemed ridiculous but when she touched it, it sparked to life. Using its power she transformed into Kamen Rider Reverb and figured fighting monsters was as good a cause as anything else.
Howdy. I've also taken the liberty of making forum post code for the character form to easily paste in.
Name: Grigoria "Grigo" Gjergenson
Age: 35
Gender: F
Appearance: Big tall woman in a nice suit, projects a menacing aura, stands about 6'3
◊. Has an elaborate tattoo across her back of a sword plunging through the head of a European dragon.
Rider Type: Original
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Vandal
Henshin Appearance: The Vandal Driver is a black tape deck with a white panel to pop open like on a Walkman, and purple buttons. Slotting in the Vandal Cart and hitting play activates the transformation. Vandal's mask is a smooth purple helmet split in two to show her eyes, a pair of plain white circles—as different from more traditional Rider oval eyes. The helmet is decorated with a chaotic pattern of white arrows, all pointing towards her eyes. The chestpiece is mounted on a black base bodysuit and is a fairly plain white plate, but it all sits under a flat knee-length coat with a very blocky silhouette similar to a raincoat. It has a hood, but Vandal normally keeps it down so that she can flip it up for drama. The belt sits over the coat, and sharply indents it to give it a strong V shape with little tails pointed out like how Wizard's belt creases his coat super sharply. A pair of holsters sit on her hips too, which hold the Vandal Painters when not in use. The leggings poke out to cover her knees and are a pair of big rounded boots, evocative of more utilitarian combat boots, but they too are splattered with strange shifting paints. Whenever she moves the paints shift from vague forms into hard iconic looks, generally lots of hard-edged arrows and cool slogans.
Additional Gear:
- The Vandal Sprayers give Grigo access to a lot of her other gear, appearing as a pair of big stylized spraycans that attach to her waist. They can by default create strong physical constructs by spraying out and hanging in the air as if there's a surface about 6 inches from the nozzle, which are very durable against attacks by anyone but Kamen Rider Vandal, who can break the images with ease. Untransforming also causes the paint to lose all of its magic and just collapse wherever it is, falling harmlessly to the ground.
- Grigo draws her sword, the Vandalizer, with the other use of the term "draw" by using the Vandal Sprayers. It's a big European broadsword that varies every time it's drawn but that is always huge, light, extremely sharp, and a little unwieldy.
- Similarly her ride, the Vandal Raider, isn't its own ride, and is instead a ridiculous graffitied vandalization of any other vehicle that she can get her Sprayers to cover, varying incarnation to incarnation.
Name: Adrien Wong
Age: 21
Gender: M
Appearance: A 5’10 Chinese-American with shaggy black hair and blue eyes. He wears a faded red shirt, jacket and jeans.
Rider Type: Original
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Inferno
Henshin Appearance: Charcoal black bodysuit, dark red armor with steel grey accents. His helmet shares the same colour scheme, with the bug eyes glowing orange. His Driver is dark grey and rectangular in shape, with a red circular gem in the center.
Additional Gear:
- Hell Breakers: Two large Tonfa coloured black with the handle being red. Inferno can also channel fire through the Hell Breakers.
- Hellrider: A customized Honda Fireblade.
Backstory: Born and raised in Gate, Adrien’s parents were both researchers for Geist, and rarely around when he was growing up. Adrien moved out to an apartment near the wastes when he was 18 and worked part time as a nightclub bouncer to pay rent. Adrien found the Inferno driver in an antiques shop and picked it up thinking it was a paperweight. To his surprise, the gem in the middle lit up in his hands, choosing him to bear the mantle of Kamen Rider Inferno. Nowadays, he patrols the suburbs of Gate, protecting residents from Wasters.
Here it is. If you don't want me to be a rogue Rider to begin with I can change the backstory to have Geist snatch him up before the start of the story.
Name:Joro Kisel
Age: 24
Gender:Male
Appearance: A wayward young man
Rider Type: Inheritor
Rider Name: Kamen Rider First
Henshin Appearance: A new version of the original
Additional Gear:
Neo Cyclone
: A modified, supercharged Honda Gold Wing F 6 C.
Backstory: Growing in the back streets of Gate wasn’t always nice but there were few quiet moments in the life of young Joro, for better or for worse. Living day by day, forever the delinquent; by the time the educational system spat him out he had little prospects and he had been kicked out of home. He bounced around doing odd jobs and low end jobs, couch surfing through friend’s and lover’s homes until he finally, by chance mostly, found a stable job on the Scavenger Corps; teams that go out of gate to scout out the wastes, map them out and recover useful resources in form of raw materials, cultural artifacts and lost technologies. He got a comfortable if small apartment, and managed to get enough money to buy and modify his own motorcycle. During one expedition, he found an old, weird turbine shaped belt. It was cool to him though and after convincing his boss that it was a piece of junk, and paying a token fee for it, he kept it as a souvenir. His first transformation came as an accident, after having cleaned and restored the Typhoon belt he went out for a ride, the speed in air intake from his bike finally waking up the belt of its funk, and transforming Joro into the Kamen Rider. Since then he’s been doing what any young man with power and plausible anonymity would; dicking around, showing off, stopping the occasional crime, fighting the occasional monster.

The graceless warrior, wielder of the edgeless blade, prophet of the old religions, writer of fluent nonsense, saviour of soul and song.Well, in Grigo's biography I mentioned organized crime while neglecting a name of either the guy that built Grigo's orphanage or the group he belonged to. To that end though I had the idea of a crime syndicate maybe called the Quebras, which is a Portuguese term meaning "breaches," like breaches in the metaphorical Gate that everyone lives in. The guy himself I don't need Joro and Grigo to both have worked together under or anything but I was thinking he's probably some older guy, maybe a retired fixer resting on embezzled laurels at this point with a name like Marvin Ruckus or something else that is obviously an assumed name.
Ok, Ok, I dig it. I wouldn't mind having Joro have past ties with some crime, maybe he hasn't work for the main man but maybe he has run some errands for Las Quebras before, when he was fresh out of home and needing some cash. And presently for me it would fit for a guy like Joro, especially with the rider gear, to pick fights with Quebras thugs for either shits and giggles or to woo ladies.
The graceless warrior, wielder of the edgeless blade, prophet of the old religions, writer of fluent nonsense, saviour of soul and song.Yeah it will be fun, not like Rider VS Rider stuff isn't baked into the series. I will note that Joro 'fighting' the thugs, would be more toying with them, shoving them, tossing them around, and run away whenever Grigor or some other overwhelming force shows up. And if you like we can have them have a 'pact' to team up if the other Geist Riders come knocking for their belts.
The graceless warrior, wielder of the edgeless blade, prophet of the old religions, writer of fluent nonsense, saviour of soul and song.I think making it a spontaneous thing rather than something preestablished would make it a way stronger moment. That does make me think of something to ask Skyzerk though! What's the RP's situation with Rider... progression, for lack of a better term? Either finding new gashats/decks/coins or using the plugin items of other riders (inserting a gashat into Vandal's tapedeck or putting Vandal's tape into OOO's coinbank for instance). Will we just run it on the fly, talk it out, or what?
Kind of late, but speaking of OOO's coins...
Name: Vincent MacNair
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Appearance: A bit on the short side with red hair and just enough gel to stand it up a bit, blue eyes. freckles and looks like he'd burn easily if he ever took the T-shirt and jeans off to go for a swim.
Rider Type: Inheritance
Rider Name: Kamen Rider OOO
Henshin Appearance: Tatoba set
(Basically a black body suit with a thee piece 'medalion' chest piece featuring an engraving to match what each of the medals are based on. in this case: a red hawk themed helmet with green eyes. yellow tiger gloves with claws that flip out for slashing, and green grasshopper boots.) The head, gloves and boots change depending on the medals used for transformation and the driver itself is a black rectangle with three open faced coin slots and light blue circles around the center slot, accompanied by a gold ring-like device carried on the hip to scan the inserted medals with.
Additional Gear:
- Medajalibur
, a short black and silver bladed sword with a slot to insert up to three coins in to power a finishing blow.
- A coin book disguised and a photo album.
Backstory: After completing his education with little to set him apart form the rest his fellow career seekers, Victor was able to graduate from menial minimum wage jobs by turning his photography hobby into a freelance business (of one) covering just about any subject that would keep him from having to list 'fast food worker' as his primary employment.
With the appearance the portals, demand for decent photos of the riders and their monstrous foes was near instantaneous and too lucrative for Victor to ignore, much to the annoyance of RTF members when they (or the monsters) discover a civilian hanging around the outskirts of their battlefield.
It was on a trip to the wastes to find photos for his personal collection that Victor encountered a monster emerging from a portal, followed shortly by the appearance of the OOO driver. Now, under the impression that Geist would be even less thrilled with a vigilante rider than they were with his freelance photography, Victor primarily uses his driver for self defense when a monster catches wind of his observations, or occasionally to buy civilians some time to escape before the RTF arrive on the scene.
(Currently debating whether I'll end up bringing in more canon coins via portal/monster, or come up with a way for Victor to get new coins, or a mix of both. Also not sure how feasible the Ride Vendor bikes would due to using Cell Medals that may or may not be tricky to gather in this setting. But I'll stick with this for now and hash that stuff out in discussion sooner or later)

Alright, FFXIV flopped so...ah-hah!
In the new year of 3000, the world experienced a reset. Technology, cities, history, all was set to zero. Life began anew, advancing faster from scripts of old. It is now the year 3000 A.R. (After Reset), and in the city known as Gate, a new threat emerges. Suddenly from the sky, thousands of portals began to open, spitting out strange beings and items all throughout the surrounding Wastes. From within, as the monsters drew close, a security company called Geist mobilized a new sector, the Rider Task Force. But where did all this madness come from, the time of discovery is now.
Hey there everyone, Skyzerk here. This idea came to me during work recently. As stated above, the world underwent a reset 3000 years ago, placing this in the far future. As such, there's a lot that's changed.
But why is this important? Well, for one, think of the RP as a massive crossover for the series, think one of the movies, but on a massive scale, however...
But Sky, you might say, you said it all happened. And yes, it did, in the past. Instead we have...
When writing a character, you may write them as either being an Original Rider, with a belt, henshin, and moves of their own, or an Inheritance Rider, one who has come into possession of one of the Belts of a Kamen Rider of old. As such, you can keep some of their original skillset, and expand upon it. You mamy not be able to master it as they did, but you'll make it your own.
If you were to tell me that this was a massive undertaking, then yes, yes it is. Which is why I can't do this alone...should interest be high and remain high, I will have to ask participating players if they'd be interested in building this new Reset World along with me. So, in a way, I look forward to discovering this world along side me!
Name: (Self explanatory) Hojou Yuriko, goes by Yuri
Age: (Long as you aren't super young or super old, you should be fine, young adults work best probably) 21
Gender: (Male? Female?) Female, but acts extremely boyish
Appearance: (Whatcha look like?) Short, spiked black hair, with no real chest to speak of, on the tall side, with pale skin and red eyes.
Rider Type: (Original or Inheritance.) Original.
Rider Name: (Kamen Rider what now?) Kamen Rider Plasma.
Henshin Appearance: (Henshin! Whatcha look like now?) A black bodysuit, with green wires running like veins from green gloved hands, to a swirl on her stomach, and down the legs to green spiked boots. Her helmet has a similar green wired aesthetic, with large bugish eyes, pointed with small diodes. At her side is a holster for her weapon. The belt is a relatively simple one. A green wire belt attached to a circle at the waist, which holds a rectangular slot. The circle can spin when needed.
Additional Gear: (Got any other gear?) The Giga-P Blaster, a long barreled pistol that's attached to her right arm via wiring, the ammo clip slots into the Belt to charge and allow transformation.
Backstory: (Where'd you come from. If you're an Inheritance Rider, where'd you get the belt?) Hojou Yuriko grew up in Gate her entire life, after the portals began to appear. Born to a policeman father and stay at home mother, Yuri had a single dream, to keep Gate and her family safe. In doing so, she decided to enlist in the police force, but was rejected. Thinking it was because she was a woman, she chopped her hair short, thinking it would be better to try again as a man. Before she could reapply, she hears of Geist, and their interest in keeping the City safe from the wasters and monsters prowling about. She signed up immediately. Once inside, she was given her belt, and told to load the ammo into the belt and spin it. She did so, and Kamen Rider Plasma was born. Now she spends her days patrolling, always on the lookout for danger, always with the P-Driver at her side.
Here's to a hopefully long and fun time! Go for it, everyone!
