Eh, the She-Ra wiki likes using that ten year range for the character's page, and TBH, I don't care that much about nailing down Entrapta's age to fuss over what "around 29" means beyond "she's an adult". Doesn't really matter for the story beyond letting us know there isn't anything skeevy about her relationship with Hordak.
The basic fact is that the lead character designer said the character is around their age in a casual tweet, which was 29 at the time it was said. How fast and loose one wants to play with "around" depends on the person. Whoever edited the wiki decided it was 25-35, which... okay, I also share the feeling that it should probably skew closer to 28 or 30. But also Entrapta's age really doesn't matter at the end of the day. Like, if it did, the show itself would have mentioned it, it wouldn't be a vague factoid given by a crewmember while posting drawings on a Twitter account that doesn't even exist anymore.
I only brought it up because we were talking about character ages, which the show also doesn't really care about beyond general "this character is a kid, this one is a teen, this one is an adult."

I’ve only ever heard of “pro/anti shipper” from this website and mostly in derogatory generalizations or dismissive ad hominem buckshot towards arguments or positions as though being a shipper means you’re only motivated by a personal indulgence and can have no other reasons or that your arguments are worth actually addressing or that only shippers share these opinions. It has a bad history in my eyes.
(Sorry for the ranty paragraph, I’ve been up since 5 in the morning, it’s noon now, and I barely got any sleep last night.)
Anyway, curious question: how did ya’ll first find and get interested in the show? Were any of you fans of the original 80s cartoon and, if so, how does this show compare?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Only really knew the original He-Man and She-Ra shows through memes more than anything. Watched this show completely on a whim. Watched it first with friends and spent the time rolling with their jokes since they very much weren't into it, but later rewatched it by myself to give it my undivided attention and found it fun.
As far as I (somewhat vaguely) recall, I heard of it somehow, but initially hesitated, in part fearing that it would be too juvenile for me. But I kept hearing good things about it, and so eventually gave it a shot...
And very much liked it! ^_^
I'm not sure of whether I was a fan, but I seem to recall watching at least some episodes.
That said, my memories of what I used to watch as a child can be a little spotty, so who knows? Perhaps I watched more than I realise!
But alas, I fear that I remember it too vaguely to really compare.
My Games and Asset PacksI saw posts about Hordak and Entrapta and how cute they were together. I'd tried the show when it released, but I found season 1 to be really bland and mediocre and gave up on it. When I saw those posts I gave it another chance, and while I still think season 1 kind of sucks the show really grew the beard. It was like watching a reverse Voltron.
Oissu!Plus, unlike Catra, Glimmer wasn't trying to destroy the world; she gambled big and lost hard. On top of that, when she realized just how badly she screwed up, she does basically everything within her power to try and reverse course (which admittedly isn't much, what with the runestone paralysis and all, but the fact she was able to force herself to her feet and try to do something is impressive considering Scorpia could barely crawl 10 feet under the same effect).

Catra's moment was so much worse than Glimmer's to me. Glimmer was desperately trying to win a war against an adversary that had destroyed her friends' homes and was heading for hers. Catra shipped Entrapta off to Beast Island when Entrapta refused to destroy all reality, lied to Hordak about it and what the device would do, then gleefully hit the button herself as part of a temper tantrum. Both had bad headspaces but one at least had good intentions.

Oissu!

Yes, around 29 can mean anywhere from ages 25-35. I just said 30 because it is in the middle of that age range. Also, your English is fine.
