I dug the magical transformation sequence.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"Fresh from NYCC, we got a season 1 trailer!
Personally, I think it looks pretty dope.
they're gonna find intelligent life up there on the moon/and the canterbury tales will shoot up to the top of the best-seller listNow that we have actually seen enough to make judgement, I have to say I'm excited about this. Do we have a release window?

Holy shit, this looks amazing! I am very hype.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.Hordak's new design doesn't seem that different from the original.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"It reminds me a lot of Noelle’s Secret Wars take on Runaways, of kids being unwittingly raised under an evil regime, reforming and escaping, and leading teams while dealing with their former friends who continue enforcing for the wrong side. I am interested in seeing what movie she’ll do with this concept.

@Will Keaton: Looks like it's coming out November 16th. I'm looking forward to this quite a lot. Netflix has been building up quite a library of exclusive animated content.
I wonder, if this does well will we also be getting a He-Man remake?
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Hordak also showed up in the 2002 He-man and he was bad-ass. Easily my favourite Hordak. Had the show gone on another season they would have brought him back as the main villain.
Bow apparently has Has Two Dads in this version. Neat.
Hmmm... she's still invoking Greyskull. I'm wondering if they might push back the reveal of her connection to Eternia as a big reveal rather than something right from the start.
Looks pretty pedestrian to me, I like the idea of Adora and Catra being frenemies, but not sold on her identity being public knowledge and that "Bow has two dads" thing is probably fitting as I always thought the original was meant to be gay anyway

It makes sense for her to reveal her identity to her allies. Especially if she wants them to trust her. And it's not public knowledge, it's just known to the Princesses of the rebellion.
Also, it seems Entrapa is with the rebellion this time.

"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"Either she's a good guy in this version or she will turn traitor, just like Adora did to the Horde.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).The character designs grew on me a lot. I have no doubt that the show will push a lot of merch in the pink aisle.
I see youtube putting amv's with the old theme with the new opening. Also this show seems to emphasize more about her past life than the original show.
Honestly this show looks amazing from the trailer. I mean, I thought it looked good from just the first preview image but I didn't want to jump the gun. But the writing looks on point, and it certainly seems to have a lot more emphasis on action than the artstyle would first imply.
And I'm shipping Adora with Catra and you can't stop me.

Bleye knows Sabers.I still think it's too bad that He-Man and the other guys can't show up.
Oh I'm sure they'll get their shot if this show gets popular. Or maybe, like, at least a third-season cameo or something. Skeletor is too iconic a character to stay buried.
Bleye knows Sabers.I doubt He-Man will show up. But if this series does well, maybe it will spark interest in another attempt at a new He-Man series.
Disgusted, but not surprisedStevenson de-confirmed He-Man in a recent interview, saying the show needed to be “loved on its own merits.” A MOTU movie is in production and has a director attached, so if She-Ra bombs out of the gate, expect Mattel to just kill this thing and put all their weight behind that movie.
,
Personally I expect that if He-Man does show up, they're going to push back the reveal. So if that He-Man being stated not to show up, it could just mean for the first season and the immediate future. That's on my part though.
It makes sense, they should focus on She-Ra and her cast first before they they use anyone from Eternia.
It is She-Ra's show.

"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"
Once she transforms I can definitely see a bit more of Noelle Stevenson's design in there.
I haven't seen the original, but this looks cool.
I'll definitely give at least the first couple of episodes a shot.
