Huh if true then Deadpool really is the only good X-Men movie now.
Okay continuing franchise then cause Wolverine's line is over for the time being.
We don't know if there making that X-23 movie.
If Comcast gets the rights, then business will continue as normal but if Disney gets the rights they will reboot.
Doesn’t mean they will explore that dynamic.
I'm pretty sure this movie and New Mutants are gonna be the last X-Men movies under Fox
Gambit? Kitty Pryde?
Reading those (alleged) spoilers has made me want the Disney-Fox buyout all the more smoothly. Because if the initial cut is going to be bland, then Marvel Studios really needs to step in.
Gambit has been phasing in and out of production that it'd be better off not happening at this point. And speaking of phasing, I really don't know if Kitty Pryde can carry her own movie. Someone would have to have a really good idea for that one.
Apparently someone has a beef with ManaByte.

I dont know that is
Sounds like Redit drama, which is drama importing.
The guy who posted the supposed spoilers made this in response to Manabyte who said there were Skrull in the film. Manabyte is the same guy who gave us the Deadpool 2 spoilers that ended up being true.

Well looks like what I said above was true.
Marvel Studios is unlikely to be able to do anything regarding this film. People seem to have it in their heads that the deal is gonna be finalized right now and not after months of legal negotiations and contracts.
The spoilers have been confirmed fake. So it doesn’t matter.
That is even if Comcast doesn't get Fox instead.
I agree. Disney hasn't even bought Fox yet and some people are thinking that Disney already bought Fox. Who knows what would happen with Comcast getting into this whole deal.
AT&T will determine if Comcast can put up the money or not.
Oh, so dark!
As the Dark Phoenix story should be.
There is apparently a trailer coming soon with positive reactions.

Okay, the trailer has to be today or the film could be getting pushed back again.
Update: No word about any trailers, but a French Canadian website has mentioned that Quebec is the host of big filming for major motion pictures, one of which is X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
The website's in French, so unless you can read French, you're more than welcome to use this English translation:
The stars of X-Men - Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender are in the credits of the film - will settle [for] three months in Montreal. Filming will take place in MTL Grandé studios rather than in MELS Studios, where X-Men is shooting. The MELS studios, owned by Quebecor, were already reserved for another production. This situation shows the advantages for Montreal of having a second major shooting location. MTL Grandé opened in early 2017.
'It's a good thing we have two studios. We would not have been able to accommodate [additional scenes of X-Men] without this additional ability. Americans like to be in a market where there are at least two big players.'"
So if this and The New Mutants will truly be it before the Children of the Atom finally make the big move to the MCU, it sounds like Fox wants to make it count.
Keep in mind, it's entirely possible that this commitment of 3 month filming might be for naught, but let's not think of the worst case scenario, eh?
What kind of ending needs three months of reshoots?
One that went over very badly in testing? Or one with heavy rewrites.
Oh wait, redact that "3 months of reshooting" bit.
The reshoots are actually going to last for two and a half weeks.
Bummer. (Or is it?)
Beat me to it.
