Henshin!: Witches of Northwoods,(Magical Girl RP) Signup

You seem to have 4 members already, but I'd like to submit my name as a backup. I can get a character sheet up later today if you'd like.

It'll probably be an interesting idea. Go for it. I wouldn't mind seeing it, but I may give you a side character or come up with another idea later since we are already full.

Name: Rina Tremblay

Witch Name: Pastel

Age: 15

Appearance: Tall, thin, brown eyes. Japanese-American, skin blushes easily. Frizzy black hair that falls to her shoulders. She usually wears jeans and a paint-splattered sweater.

Hero Form: [1]◊, except that the white part of the dress is rainbow-coloured

Mystic Item: Broach

Henshin!: Rina closes her eyes, thrusts both hands to the sky, and yells “The world is my canvas!” A swirl of color surrounds her and melts away after a few seconds to reveal her hero form.

Long Term Goals: Rina wants to move to a vibrant city and devote herself to art.

Spells: Rina's spells are linked to her desire to change the world with her art-

• 1.) Wings are made to Fly: White wings appear on Rina's back. She can use them to fly short distances with ease, though longer distances tire her at the same rate as if she was running. She can carry one other person along with her in the air.

• 2.) Make your Mark: Rina uses her magical paintbrush to attack an enemy, causing damage as if the brush was a sword slash. This works from any range as long as she has a line of sight to the target, but the slash decreases in power the farther away she is from the target. (think the brush strokes from Ōkami, sorta.)

Backstory: Rina grew up in a small town where she had a few friends, but spent most of her time alone. She learned to paint from her mother at a young age and soon became devoted to painting. She's spent most of her school life on the fringes, not outcast but not exactly in the loop either. A few years ago her family moved to Northwood to pursue a career opportunity. Rina was happy to move to a larger town but still dreams of a bustling, vibrant city.

Important NP Cs:

• Amy Tremblay: Mother. Worries a lot but cares deeply for Rina.

• Shinji Tremblay: Father. More laid-back, but not as close to Rina due to all the time he spends at work.

• Raphaela: Rina's idol, a famous artist known for beautiful nature scenes.

I have everything done besides the mg form and transformation, and drawing it kept slipping my mind

I'm technically still here.

However, I'm still at a complete loss of ideas for my character's hero form and second spell. Furthermore, I've been going through a sort of BSOD in RL for numerous reasons, which has been sapping my motivation to write or do much of anything except sleep.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if you gave my slot to somebody else. I don't think my mental state's going to be improving anytime soon, and I don't want to hold everyone else up if they're rearing to go.

I do, in fact, still exist, just waiting for it to start up.

@Sergay_Smirnov & Izshta: Cool, either of you got any opinions you want to share about how we should handle NP Cs in the discussion thread?

@Daydre: No problem, if you can't finish it in a while just describe it. I've got a feeling we might start after Christmas.

@Yomegami: Oh my, I hope things get better for you. Are you sure, I could help you with the RP creation parts, but I completely understand if you'd rather not do this right now.
