I think this will be funny
Kaden is much faster than Johto Boi and so can dodge his physical attacks easily. Special attacks shouldn't be an issue for him either. But it would take some time for him to defeat Johto Boi.

All of Star Dream's attacks are fairly easy except for his paint attack and his red rings. Depending on how durable he is, however, Cal might take a fairly long time to kill him.

Flandre and Koishi win in a normal battle. In a danmaku fight, it really depends on how much they can dodge... and since none of them have been playable, I have no idea how much that is.

She'd try to reason with them first, but if that failed, the Foundation might have to replace a lot of personnel. Her Sepulchers alone are more powerful than most keters, so this will be a long fight no matter who wins.
That said, if they're near any Foundation sites, Cal is going to either get as far away as possible or avoid using her more dangerous weapons to prevent any escapes. Sure, she doesn't want to be contained, but she'd rather not let anything else dangerous out.
