Yeah, if Ben's aliens are supposed to be the same age as him or grown-ups is a big discussion.
I'm saying that they're adults unless humans are some of the only species to mature slowly and most species reach physical maturity by the time they're 10 (or their counterpart of being 10 since they have different lifespans).
With how much this series is blatantly a Dial H for Hero send-up, I’d always taken for granted that Ben’s heroes were adults.
It's funny that for the series' blatant purist approach to Ben's love life ("he has to marry that one girl he was set up with in the original series!!!") to the point of awkwardly booting Julie from the story, it actually ended up introducing other love interests for Ben who also ended up very popular. I vaguely remember Ester being very well liked.
They ended up having to introduce Spanner in the last season just to say "NO! STOP SHIPPING BEN WITH ANYONE WHO ISN'T KAI" almost directly to the audience. Plus wasn't there like an episode where they brought every single non-Kai love interest Ben's ever had into the show all at once to have them all explicitly state they weren't interested in him any more?
Omniverse was seriously rough sometimes.

It also didn't help Kai come off as a big Love Interest Sue who got seriously annoying Character Shilling from the plot despite being a grade-A jerk who was hardly likeable and didn't even seem too different from her child self
Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, nglThe funny part about the whole "Ben has to marry Kai just because the orignial series' future says so" reasoning is that even the original series' pop-up trivia mentions the future with cynical Ben 10000 was never intended to be his definitive future, with the logic being they were following Avengers Endgame logic for time travel where traveling to the past only created an alternate timeline, not changing the future.
I feel like Derrick J. Wyatt or the writers were trying as hard as they could to adhere religiously to the OG Ben 10 lore and how things were back then or teased thus far
Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, nglKuro talks about the two parts of Showdown.
The first one finally explains why Feedback isn't seen in the present time and why Ben never mentions him. Kuro also wonders if Ben's addiction to Feedback is an intended drug allegory.
The second part features Malware's rampage on Galvan Prime until Ben regains Feedback, leading to their final battle. Kevin also adopts Khyber's blue dog.
@Aegis P Kai was literally a 10 year old child when she said that, haven't we all said dumb, Insensitive shit when we were that age?
Also that seems to be the only reason people cite her the worst character. I Don't think she'd have that strong a reaction if she didn't say that.

I thought word of God is that Zombozo has always been a zombie. I got the impression that with age and without child youth to sustain himself. He started breaking apart.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."
