Design-wise, it's okay.... the problem is that it's hard to think of it as anyhing other than an inferior Manaphy. 6/10.

9/10 The design is intimidating as well as its Pokedex entries, an incredibly diverse movepool, and great stats all around really helps it out. Only thing holding back is that its quad weakness to Fairy and its very late evolution (64) makes it so that outside of competitive, there's not much reason to use it. Still, it is my favorite Dragon-type to date.

It's actually my least favorite of the Alola starters (mostly because I find what it ultimately evolves into overrated and uninteresting), but Rowlet by itself is an adorable circle owl. 7/10
