5/10. Interesting typing for a Blob Monster, but otherwise a bit meh by LC standards.

8/10 My first starter ever, and an adorable little creature at that. Admittedly a lot of this rating probably comes from nostalgia, but it's pretty great still.

Pros: Literal Mama Bear who can kick your ass, into eating and hibernating just like me. Very strong.
Cons: Not super cute, slow speed.
Overall: 8/10 would add to my team. Unless there were babies around. Then I would find someone who could Fly my ass outta the forest, and not come back until winter.

8/10 Never caught one but it's super cute! And Psychic's my second-favorite Pokemon type. :D

7/10 Not a personal favourite by any means, but it's kinda cool I guess. Never really paid much attention to it.

7/10. Fun gimmick, but otherwise pretty average. It's possible my opinion would change if I had an opportunity to use it for a team, but it's usually too out-of-the-way or late in the game to use in regular gameplay, and I'm no competitive player (yet).

Design-wise fairly cool. As for stats and such... Not sure, haven't really used them much. But I'll give Absol a 5/10.

Absol
Pros: Woobie factor. It's a fan favorite, so the disguise and the Woobie factor are helping! And it's immune to Fighting, Normal, and Dragon-type moves. That's convenient.
Cons: Not very strong. Also, I'm not personally a fan. If I encountered one in real life, of course I'd pet it and keep it company and give it ALL THE BERRIES, but I just don't like having one on my team in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
Concerns: It's probably an Eldritch Abomination.
Rating: ∞/10 so it doesn't flash me and make me Go Mad from the Revelation.

Mimikyu.
Gligar's pretty cool, haven't used them as much in-game though.

Well I dunno if you know this, but there's this really cute boy I know who's in the same RP as me who has a Raichu character. I like them a lot and I think I have a bit of a crush on that boy!

Looks cool, but I have to dock it a point for being themed after a jet but being dragon/ground instead of dragon/flying. 7/10

Spoink
Pros: So freaking cute! Was a longtime member of my Sun team.
Cons: Not all that powerful.
Concerns: Possibly intoxicated, and never shares the good stuff with their trainer.
Rating: 9/10.

Genesect is a badass Mythical and I love its backstory similarities to Mewtwo be damned. Its type is good (4x Fire weakness notwithstanding), it has a neat movepool, and its Signature Move, while gimmicky, is a rather interesting spin on Arceus' Judgement move. 9/10

I actually quite like it; interesting typing (and unexpected; you see it and you think Fire/Fighting, but nope!)

Zweilous is pretty great. The imagery of its heads just being at loggerheads with each other (no that pun wasn't intentional, but w/e) is pretty funny, and it can be surprisingly powerful thanks to Hustle, so it at least isn't useless while trying to evolve it. 8/10

current jam | aviGoing off your nickname, I have the perfect Pokemon for you: Zweilous!
Derpy little dude who's surprisingly useful. Its abilities are good, I've actually had some success in using it and its evolution Bibarel before, and who can resist that dopy grin it has? Dunno why it's regarded as bad enough to be memeworthy (though I don't mind the memes), although I'll be perfectly honest, I wasn't happy when I got one in my X Nuzlocke instead of basically anything else on Route 22(?). Maybe PMD: Explorers of Sky made me biased towards Bidoof? Overall, 7/10.

Emboar is pretty underrated. I like their design even though I wish they had a different typing. 8/10.

Poochyena.
Pros: Cute. Hella fast. Immune to psychic and resistant to ghost, ice, and dark.
Cons: Steals eggs. RUDE.
Concerns: It's a cat-ferret with feathers. What even is this?
7/10 would keep on my team so it wouldn't steal eggs.
