One of mine is where Game of Thrones meets The Godfather.
I Bring Doom, and a bit of gloom, but mostly gloom. So, Game of Thrones.
Watch me destroying my countryKind off. I'm trying to be a bit more explicit about it. I mean the book starts with the main character's father handing out on his daughter's wedding for a man whose daughter was beaten so...
I Bring Doom, and a bit of gloom, but mostly gloom.I guess the project I'm working on now could be considered Skies of Arcadia mixed with Earthbound . It's about a group of regular people going on extra-ordinary adventures...while the world is a collection of islands and continents that float in the sky.
I wouldn't say this is a perfect summation, but in terms of storytelling elements I'd say my story is Final Fantasy VI meets Trigun... minus the magic.
In reference to FFVI, my story's conflict is based on a struggle against a massive organized group who is trying to ravage the world... er, country, and I'd say I take a lot of world-building cues from this game. As for Trigun, my story has the goody-two-shoes protagonist in a rough-and-tumble world thing going on, as well as the wild west setting.
I was working on a campaign idea for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. My idea was High Fantasy meets War Movies because it accidentally created a villain more fitting for a Slasher Movie or Torture Porn.
Players would be trying to end a war they didn't ask for, asking why humans are suddenly considered so dangerous that elves, dwarves, and orcs are allying against them, the identity of the thing obliterating towns and causing monsters gargantuan and tiny to evacuate the country en masse, and determine how to stop their rampage.

The original concept was something akin to Roadside Picnic meets Berserk and 'I Have a Special Plan for This World' with a setting more akin to Lackadaisy. It honestly hasn't changed much, save for the fact that the Baccano resemblances have become more obvious while the tone has gotten even more overtly bleak.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Mine is something along the lines of A Song Of Ice And Fire meets Discworld. Epic scale, the feel that you're reading Historical Fiction, with all the horribleness of the Crapsack World and Deliberate Values Dissonance mostly being Played for Laughs, but without the puns.
Spiral out, keep going.1980's Molly Ringwald movies meets The Silence of the Lambs, with a bit of the John Frankenheimer film Seconds.

Like that scene with Victorian?
I Bring Doom, and a bit of gloom, but mostly gloom.I'm not sure what particular scene you're referring to, but probably yes.
Spiral out, keep going.Avatar the Last Air Bender meets Madoka Magica.
Apparently this version of Hyde looks like a Jojo's character. According to people who have seen that anime and I guess understand it.The Croods meets The Odyssey meets Marco Polo meets Finding Nemo.
Do you read Sutter Cane?Tim the Great and Powerful is basically Manifestation (from what I've been able to gather, I haven't read it yet) in the fantasy-counterpart '80s as narrated first person by Eddie Dean. Oh, and the protagonist becomes Friends with Benefits with a gender-flipped semi-Expy of Nyarlhotep.
Of course, you could nitpick that Tim is a homeless alcoholic who lives alone in his car and Eddie isn't homeless and is a heroin addict who lives in an apartment with his brother, but they're still pretty similar.
Umm... so, I was here, I guess. If I wasn't, someone hacked my account. So, yeah.Deal With It combines a Lighter and Softer Skyrim-meets-World of Warcraft-style fantasy setting with a bit of My Little Pony's focus on character development and a dash of not taking itself too seriously ala Adventure Time. Or at least, that's the plan.
This new idea I have got is Zatch Bell Meets Pagemaster. It would be figures from literature are summoned by people to fight.
I really like this idea.
Watch me destroying my country
The main character would be an African American girl, whose book summon is Briar Rabbit. The book characters can be summoned out by the use of a magical book marker called Life Markers. And not only does it allow book summoners to summon a character from the book they have, but to also transport themselves into the books.

My current work in progress is a play that's best described as Noah Hawley'sLegion meets Rachel Pollack's Doom Patrol. It involves a refuge for troubled superheroes run by an ex-superheroine-turned-Eldritch Abomination-turned-therapist, whose patients include a little girl with a demon wolf, a former Boy Wonder with workaholic tendencies, and an amoral would-be teen assassin.

"We learn from history that we do not learn from history."One of my series, M.A.G.I.C. is W.I.T.C.H. (for the title, clearly, and general initial inspiration) meets Doctor Who (technically any time travel-centric series would suffice) meets Soulcalibur or Bleach (there's a lot of animeriffic swordplay) meets, after the first series and in order, generic dystopia 101, then Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann minus the mecha, then Neon Genesis Evangelion and House of Leaves.
The First Light draws on Diana Wynne Jones for the "balance of magic" and multiverse ideas, and characters have influence/inspirations from J. K. Rowling, Tamora Pierce, and RWBY.

Hopefully I'll feel confident to change my avatar off this scumbag soon. Apologies to any scumbags I insulted.Kirby x Touhou x Metroid x SCP Foundation x a whole lot of other things.
It’s not a mega crossover so much as the main group running a true arena of sorts. With all their powers disabled outside of standard things. Major antagonists include Mekhane, SCP-682, 0^2, Sectonia Soul, and the main enemy, Phaaze Soul, who is original but not quite a character.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.
One project that's wrinkling the back of my mind is Community in a Movie Theater. Then there's Our Wizard, which can be described as "Summon the wrong Everyman Hero."
Oh! And my first feature film, Gleahan And The Knaves Of Industry, will be Don Quixote for The New '10s!
