This guy would be around from beginning, but it will be more and more obvious how insane he is until lot of good guys die. Epic battle ensue.
Would be one of those bosses very similar to you, you would fight her with parries akin to a fast paced Dark Souls (think the game Furi).
The True Final Boss who hijacks the final boss, this boss has two forms: one sitting in a giant electricity-spewing machine (with its "eye" as a weak spot) and one sitting in a capsule on two long legs.
Sequel boss, who took level in badass and decided Avenging the Villain

Duel Boss, and maybe even a Mirror Boss. You don't kill her, instead she surrenders, proclaiming you a Worthy Opponent.
Again, a Dual Boss. They would be encountered early in the game, and attack by throwing junk souvenirs at you.
Best Boss Ever, of course, complete with Crowning Music Of Awesome!
Initially appearing to be a harmless housewife who you encounter in the previous boss's house, this woman is one of the hardest bosses in the game, what's with her ridiculously good aim, knowledge of the patterns of the house, and endless plate-throwing.
Seems like a miniboss type. Would probably attack using advanced guiter-based manoeuvres. First stage would be melee only, then he’d start throwing it, then he would start firing notes out of the guitar.
I'd be a great game designer.
Superboss-level. Starts off with his G4 upgrades active. Will use each and every technique he knows, and also can (and will) use Arms Mode to execute party-hitting/screen-sweeping attacks.
You don't fight this boss, but challenge her on tricky mini game and can't proceed until getting irritatingly high score.
They are probably going to be The Dragon.
They are called Juggernauts for a reason.

Some kind of Wolf Pack Boss, very fragile, very weak, except they can Zerg Rush you to death.
I don't know anything about them, but they look like they could be a strong end game boss.
Too friendly to be a enemy.
A giant evil version of Luigi made out of blocks, it chases you until you grab a bomb and blow it up.
A joke boss encountered in a secret area.
A late game Puzzle Boss that kills you with Rube Goldberg Gatling Gun turrets.
Final Boss, dozens of different attacks!
Why am I suddenly playing a Nick crossover game?
Probably a boss near the beginning of the game, who serves as a Wake-Up Call Boss.

Fought once at the beginning as the tutorial on battling, then again much later, after she Took a Level in Badass.
She serves as The Dragon.
A mid-game boss
Total Wake-Up Call Boss. "Namco? pfft! What has Namco ever done besides—" cue the Killed Mid-Sentence.
