3020: While I currently do not remember is Bob is allowed to borrow money, he does need to pay the $50 apiece he owes to the following: Alice, Sven, the Mayor of Troperville, Jacksepticeye, BALTOCORE, ASSOCIATE ARCH FIEND OF THE THIRD LEVEL OF HECK, and Julia.

3021: Bob may not mix in a single extremely graphic hentai picture into our rotating Desktop Backgrounds file.

3021.1: Bob may not replace all the pictures in said file except one with graphic hentai.

3021.2: Nor may it be a "Basilisk"-type weapons-grade meme.

3021.3 Bob may not replace any of the pictures with graphic gore either. Specially not real life gore.

3021.4. Bob may not edit images at all.

3022 Bob is not allowed to pick the lunchroom menu, not after the fiasco that was Ghost Pepper Friday.

3022.1 Bob must realize that ghost peppers are not actually grown by ghosts.

3023: Bob may not cheat on our taxes. We end up paying more when he does it.

3026. Bob does not have a doctorate in anything.

3026.1: Bob also does not have his masters in anything. He has a BA in English and a minor in accounting and we are pretty sure he cheated his way to both.

3027 Bob may not install himself as the king of the mole people. That is not dealing with them either. Nor is introducing them to THE DARK GOSPEL OF BALTOCORE, ASSOCIATE ARCH FIEND OF THE THIRD LEVEL OF HECK.

3028: Bob may not literally paint the town red.

3029: Bob is required to see a doctor at least once a year. Specifically, he should see that doctor who may or may not have worked at Area 51, as she is the only one unfazed by Bob’s… quirks.

3034.1: He is, however, permitted to go to college to get more knowledge, provided he can pay the tuition.

3034.3: Bob is not permitted to go to Venus. I think we all know why.

3035: LAR Ping requires a gamemaster and fellow players. Bob is not allowed to LARP until he learns that dressing up in plastic armor and attacking people in the parking lot with a wooden sword is not LAR Ping but assault.
