The entertainer turns to a wicker bin behind him. He pulls a flute out of his hat. He plays a little tune. The cobra retracts from the bin, snatches the flute, and snaps it in half.
The mirror trick it is, then.
The entertainer walks over to a tall mirror at his side. In the mirror is, unsurprisingly, his reflection. He places his hand into the mirror, and grabs his reflection’s hand. He pulls his reflection out, into the real world. The reflection smiles at Tropes, before turning and entering back into the mirror.
I’m Crazy Ptolemy.

HuzzahOh just a little old Egyptian magic. They say one can always bring about what they can find in themselves. Ramses could only bring about plague on his people, as he was a plagued man. The great Stahtehtz’K’uo was generous and kind, which he soon found in his people.
Hearing Tales and Zan, he grimaces. Hey now! I am no loon and this is no trick! This is just how it seems to work in old Egypt-land.
