(Meanwhile, back in Chey's room, Chey was fully dressed in her wedding attire and looking at herself in the mirror while her parents look on with big smiles on her face.)
"You look absolutely beautiful..."
" We're so proud of you."
(The father wipes his eyes with his robe sleeve.)
"Dad, are you crying?"
"Uhhh, no."
"Hey, where the hell are all your bridesmaids? They should be here for this!"
"Making final preparations. My friends have been working hard to make today extra special. Some of them are gonna be the band at the reception, my bus driving mechanoid is doing the wedding cake..."
(Cut to the kitchen, where the Bus-Driving Mechanoid and the Chey Bus's GPS Avon were working on the wedding cake.)
"Hey, I got a great idea. Why not just put action figures of Chey and Ford on top of the cake instead of the usual bride and groom statues?"
"Oh, that is a wonderful idea, Avon! And since they're articulated, we can make them hug or hold hands."
"Or do this."
(Avon then displays something on his screen. The viewer doesn't see what it is, however.)
"Oh, Avon! That is very inappropriate."
(Avon laughs.)
"I think having the figures hold hands will be better..."
(Cut back to Chey.)
"Your bus driving what?!"
"Mechanoid."
"Lord have mercy..."
"He does a lot of everyone."
"Oh, that's good."
(A knock was then heard.)
"If you're the vacuum cleaner salesman, get stuffed, if you're Ford, it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding."
"It's me, Robin!"
"Oh, well, come on in!"
(Robin comes in and tears up upon seeing Chey.)
"Oh, Chey!"
(Robin then runs to Chey and hugs her.)
"God..."
"Hey, shush, this is sweet."
(After a couple moments, Robin gives the envelope to Chey.)
"Ford asked me to give this to you."
(Chey opens the envelope and pulls out a card. It had a couple doves on the front.)
"Awww."
(Chey opens the card and it reads...)

"Smegging heck... I'll thank him personally at the ceremony in a few minutes. Robin?"
"Yes?"

(Robin then hugs Chey. Maurice then comes in.)
"Hey, are you ready? It's time."
"Smeg yeah! I've been ready since the day Ford proposed. Wait, speaking of whom, where is he?"
"Outside. Also, how many people did you two invite?"
(Maurice laughs.)
"Who's all here?"
"The Skittles, the Schafnases, that family you and Ford once met in France, professors Gilligan and Ginger, the Ford Prefect estrogen brigade... Loads."
"Smeg! We better go then. Go get everyone. I'll be out in a few."
"Got it. See you at the alter!"
"I'll help!"
(And so, Maurice and the mother leave the room.)

I enter the bride's room with my fellow bridespeople.
"Looks like it's just about time. Before you head out, though,"
I take a seat next to Chey, reach over and hold her by the shoulders.
"Chey, I just wanna tell you how proud of you I am. You went out there and found yourself the love of your life, and now...," I start to tear up, "You get to spend every day of the rest of your life with him..."
I take out the rose pink handkerchief from my pocket and wipe away a single tear from my eye. "Why, that's every young one's dream..." I gaze off longingly into the middle distance as I say this.
"But, anywhom..." I clear my throat, struggling to compose myself. "Super proud of you. Now get on out there and get married, girl." I smile at her, my eyes still bloodshot from crying, but nonetheless brimming with joy.

Custard is asking a random guest to find the right music software disk for her melodic beeps and boops.
"Cold... warmer... warmer... oooh, hot, red hot!... nope, colder... you fucking idiot it's about to start!"
By serendipity, the right disk is found and jammed into her 3 1/2 inch disk drive.
