I can see that. This video actually got me trying out Kid Buu and I like how he feels, he's kinda...me-friendly.

It's been a while but the last time I played him, he felt very scrub-friendly. Being able to confirm damn-anything is a really good feeling.

I don't remember if Janemeba could do the same thing?

Fan-made tier lists for this game are ridiculous. Top tiers are like SSS+, mid-tiers are SS-, and bottom-tiers are A+. But no character is bad, seriously.

Actually, I really don't see any bad characters in this game.

A lot of tier list says it's supposed to be Black but he looks more than just viable. I've seen a lot of characters working mostly because they just know how the characters work. Videl still looks like crap & I've seen some impressive games with her.

I think I've asked this before....but did we ever find out if 21 had infinite energy generators like 16, 17, and 18?

I know she's essentially the illegitimate child of Cell and Buu (she's an improved version of Cell due to the Buu cells in her body), but it's never been made clear if she's got those unending energy like the other three or not.

Or has it been stated somewhere? I'm not really sure.

You'd think so but he still seemed to be getting tired during his fight with Goku (I recall it being said he was getting weaker, just that Goku was weakening at a far faster rate).

That's a little unclear as well, but I kinda got the impression that, in addition to helping him cross that Pretty boy line, Absorbing 17 and 18 gave him a ridiculously vast amount of energy (not unlimited, but still so much it may as well have been).

You would think literally absorbing 2 characters that have infinite energy would give you that ability as well.

As far as I know when I researched the character 21 still has a finite amount of energy like everyone else. That being said, I never saw any of Buus run out of energy either & I don't see why that would apply to 21 as well.

I'm guessing its a case of the Buu line being explicitly magical in nature. Probably Chaos magic.

The way I figure it, 17 and 18 have infinite energy generators that constantly produce energy at their own Power Level. Cell absorbing them means he has two generators of energy inside his body that constantly produce a low amount of energy compared to his own massive Power Level. Like,

• 17: 380M

• 18: 340M

• Perfect Cell: 4B (with energy generators infinitely creating energy at the level of 380M and 340M, so it's a much slower rate of recharge)

Also, we do see Fat Buu running out of energy against Kid Buu. That seems to be what separates Buu from 18: 18 has infinite stamina but no healing factor, while Buu has an unlimited healing factor but finite stamina.

Buu has the advantage that he is hard to kill and failing to do so just puts him at 100% again

Buu is shown to be tired more than once, the reason it doesn't see like it is that he is either facing people weaker than him or that are comparable to him but bleed energy at Sonic speed.

That and like the above post said he regens at 100%. Power levels don't really mean shit against a guy who can regen from everything short of gibbing and atomizing the gibs.

Actually, I would like to know these examples. All I can think of is how Fat Buu was somehow getting worn out against Kid Buu, Super Buu & Fat Buu being completely by Vegetto & Beerus, & the 2 times Buu fell asleep in Super.

I was referring to those examples and a bit of Ultimate Gohan although it's not shown in the manga cause he revenge bombs right away, he seems a bit winded from fighting Super Gotenks 3 as well but again Gotenks bleeds Energy.

But yeah, as I said it's not often Buu faces an opponent that outclasses him so much his stamina starts to fail, his stamina is above average still.

I still think Super Buu should've been in the game just for the sake of having a team of Buus

Android 21 fits that niche.

The best Super Buu to add would have been the Gohan Absorbed form, since that would give him a distinct enough movelist to not make him redundant with Kid Buu.

I made a Super Buu moveset a while back, and just going by the manga, he only has just barely enough moves for a full moveset if you use every move he does in all of his appearances. It's a pretty good moveset, though, pretty distinct from both Fat Buu and Kid Buu.

Still liked what I read but I'm also cool with them making him like Necrid.

I think we're done with DLC. I think we're gonna get one final, major balance patch that MAYBE comes with a Dramatic Finish or something, and that's it, the game will be done.

Onto the sequel.
