Ladybug and that other Zagtoon show will eventually premiere on the block.

Also I have wanted to say this like a jillion times since forever, but did you know that in the golden age of Saturday Mornings the place was nothing but reruns of old Looney Tunes shows along with reruns of Hanna Barbera cartoons?

Sure there was variety in later years, but for now I welcome our rerun overlords. Because otherwise kids without cable get jack squat. And they do exist.

[up][up] Every episode of Sonic X has aired dozens of times on Saturday morning television, so yes, they're all reruns.

They have the internet and youtube now so it's not really the problem that it was then.

New theme music also a box

Yeah... I guess you are right. Still I really dont want to see the tradition of Saturday Morning Cartoons die. It was sad enough the first time.

[up][up] Well, there's the threat of the possible discontinuation of Net Neutrality that might force kids back to the TV.

There's also voting against the threat to keep it the same, so...

Regarding Saturday Mornings dying well that is an inevitable outcome given the evolution of broadcasting. It was dying out back in the late 90s - early 2000s with the growing popularity of cable tv (which have channels dedicated to kid programs), and its dying harder with streaming and video services which have episodes of shows kids want to watch always availiable. At this point Saturday Mornings is pretty much an obsolite concept that is amazingly still happening. Honestly I would rather have the Kids Afternoon Blocks still going than this as those are worth seeing after a long day of school.

[up] Damn, now I'm more interested in the block than I already was! Hopefully this Transformers series will be either future seasons of Transformers:RID 2015 or Transformers Rescue Bots and not that lackluster Combiners Wars series they did last year.

I can see them getting Rescue bots or RID. Just depends on who has more potential.

This TV runs on an Eastern Time schedule, and that's really bad news for the Pacific time zone.

To make up for it, I'm DVR'ing the first episode of Robocop.

The Robo Cop cartoon that's airing is not the 1988 Marvel one, but the one made 10 years later by MGM themselves, if you don't know. I had hoped that Sinclair had obtained the Marvel one, but since the Marvel cartoon library is owned by Disney, it wouldn't have been a possibility anyway.

And good-bad news, seems like they pulled Sonic X from the line-up since I guess it's been seen so much already. Sad if you really wanted to relive the Gotta go fast experience, but since it's nothing new to see, well, that's that.

[up]As for me personally, I am glad they took that off. That shit was reran over and over. I hope Kids Click never airs that show... at least for twenty to thirty years. I mean, it's on Hulu, so one can watch it when they feel like it.

[up]I saw half of the block (7:30-9 AM), and from what I saw, it was... alright. Super 4 was the most decent of the block. There weren't any commercials, except for one for Chuck and Cheese's/Legoland they gave twice. The commercial space was instead filled with block promos for other shows. I am sure that Sinclair is probably marketing it on their stations; there isn't any Sinclair-owned station where I live. Hopefully in the meantime, This TV will advertise it outside of the block hours. However, if you wanted to see the episodes, they'll probably make it available online in the next few hours, if they haven't already.

I think they are doing that because the block is still pretty new and they launched on such short notice. Once the ratings come, for better or worse they may or may not get more advertisers.

[up]True. I just hope that the block succeeds, is all. Besides, it has an online component to it. Hopefully, if the block does succeed, that the weekend block could move to 8AM/9AM-11AM/noon and the weekday block be moved to an afternoon slot, so that more eyeballs can see it.

Watched it for three days so far, and the block has its flaws. Many, many flaws. The only truly new thing on the channel for me is Super 4 and I think it's my favorite show on the lineup. Gene is like me when I'm around dumb people. Also, The Max Steel they have on the block is SEASON 2. If you haven't seen the rest of Season 1 due to the transition, avoid this one. Also, the scheduling for the shows is chaotic. 6/10- Needs improvements

So I don't know if any of y'all watch John Oliver, but apparently Sinclair is very evil and corrupt. Maybe that won't affect this, but who knows.
