ITT: We Have All Become Pokémon

After we saw Princess here we went off to Silversand, so I'm not sure where she could've gone.

"I think the reason why Sushi is acting like this is either: A: They are used to cats in the human world behaving a certain way, or B: They are mental."

"This princess sounds pretty obnoxious....."

"Wrench, could you shut your trap for a sec?" [I look at the Leavenny.] "Okay, who's Andy to this...Princess?"

Guy whispered to someone nearby. "Andy has a kid? The fuck?"

Wrench, just let it go. Besides,

(I whisper to him)

Andy's a father.

Having most definitely ordered a soup earlier along with the others, Mila sits down and tries to relax in the ambiance of the diner. However, the reappearance of a familiar face makes it a bit more difficult.

"Pretty much what Finley said. Not really making an impression for us to want to seek her out again."

*Voxno-L is somewhat taken aback by Wrench, but then remembers the Porygon line are pseudo-psychic* Ah...that makes sense... *it jots stuff down in its notebook*

The Leavonny looked shocked at Finley's comment. She rushed out, before rushing back in and throwing Andy down to the floor. What did you do to my daughter?

Ow...w-wait,...P-Paula? You were killed! How is this, he started breathing heavily. The Leavonny crouched down and picked up Andy and smashed him back into a wall repeatedly.

(I cringe in pain at the display of motherly anger.)

(The diner bouncers stand up, ready to take action should the need arise.)

"Yeah, I… I'm not hungry…" I just leave without ordering.

*Meanwhile, a ways down the road from the diner...*

"Ugh... I don't... are... we... w-we there... yet?" said Bolda, as she struggled to clamber along the path any further, the immense weight of her own body clearly being too much for her.

Her companion, Eyedol the eyepatch-wearing Meowth, strolled alongside confidently. "Relaaaax, Bol! Just think; once we're in Hoard, we're set, innit? That place is just full o' silly buggers waitin' to be parted with their cash. ...Bloody hell, mate, they ain't even allowed t'go in without partin' with their cash! All we gotta do is find summat worthless... an' make it seem like it ain't! What could possibly go wrong?" he said, stopping to sniff and rub his good eye. Whatever he took last night, it was keeping him wide awake.

"U-um... that?" she said, pointing straight ahead of her.

It seemed the Meowth's awakeness did not necessarily make him more alert, as he found himself flinching as he noticed some kind of steel-reinforced wooden barricade had popped up seemingly out of nowhere. The barricade had a huge, twelve-foot-tall gate blocking the path into Hoard, and on it was a familiar emblem - that of the Pawniarmy.

"I-is that... uhh... I-I don't like the look o' this, Eyedol... I-I think we should turn back. I mean, there was a diner back there..."

The Meowth did begin to sweat a little, and he uneasily scratched the inside of his ear. "Nah, I'm sure... nah, I can get us past this. I mean, I seen heavier security in my long life. This is nothin', Bol. Just watch an' learn, we'll be sittin' by the dragonfires in no time..." he said, with feigned confidence, doing a few stretches and rubbing his forehead-coin for luck. With that, he strolled forward once more, his Golem friend reluctantly following behind...

"I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he deserved what just happened to him." Guy also vacated the premises.

What did you do?! She held Andy up.

Y-you survived?! Where is everyone else? W-w-w

Paula punched Andy. What did you do?!

Andy shook with fear, Why?!

"HEY HEY!!" Finley runs to the two.

"CALM DOWN! Just talk this out, clearly both of you have questions!"

"Ooh, things just got interesting!"

Sushi leaps off of Eliot's lap to get a better look at the action.

"Is he dead? And if so, can I eat him"

Dana definitely ordered a [schrodinger's food] along with Mila, yeah.

She looks over at the Leavanny, slightly concerned.

"Look... I'm sorry for my motor mouth."

Don't eat him, Sushi. He just got slapped about for not being a good dad.

*I view the proceedings with Paula and Andy in silence. I almost feel bad for Andy, but at the same time, if this "Princess" character acts the way that Finley described, I can understand Paula's anger. As I watch on, a voice from behind startles me.*

???: "Hello-ello-ello, what's all the hub-ub over here now?"

*I turn to see a dainty Ribombee with a baby blue ribbon around her left antenna flutters over to the table. I immediately recognize her.*

PJ: "Bella, good to see you!"

Belladonna: "Same to you, Paddy. How've those self-defense lessons been working for you?"

PJ: "Rather well. Maybe a bit too well..."

*Belladonna cocks her head to the side, confused.*

Belladonna: "How do you mean by that?"

[I get up out of my seat, grabbing Sushi by the back of her neck and kneeling down beside her.] "Okay, okay, let's not go there, let's not go there..."

(The Emboar and Venusaur bouncers walk up.)

Hey, if you folks don't calm down, we're gonna have to throw you out.

Mila follows quickly after Sushi, and smacks her upside the head for her last comment.

"You know how you promised not to do that while you're around us? That includes talking about it. We don't need any more weird stares, got it?"
