"Pappa's Place? What sort of stuff does it serve?"

’Dana?’ I thought. Obviously it was someone they had met before I showed up. “Oh, Dana! Hi Dana!”

My mind's been pretty blank during the journey here, but the mention of a certain someone snaps me out of my lull. (D-Dana?) I look up and… (It really is her… I thought she wouldn't come back! But wait…) I see the Monferno, who appears to be her friend. (… Oh. She already found new people… I've already been replaced…) I stay back and try to avoid looking at them.

Path to Blissparce

*a cloud shaped like a Zangoose passed overhead and before you know it, Tilly and Lilly were heading toward Blissparce with the others. Figuring it couldn't hurt to ask what she wanted to, Tilly asks Tiego* Perdoe-me, mas o que é o Ghoul? Isso certamente parece ameaçador.

*Lilly says to Salty* Whatever it is, I'm sure it's delicious. *never one to be a picky eater herself*

Fallo Ter Entrance (Sarah) [Night 21]

*Sarah wonders for a moment if Stellan caught what she said a few exchanges back about having mixed groups of watchers, but shrugs...since she knows that Yukio's group have the people to keep a couple awake at any time*

*she then suggests* Those idiots outside might need a dose of intimidation...I can get back up so I'll watch them on my shift.

Holstown

"Yeah, I'm the one that sent the letter. I honestly didn't expect to see you guys again so soon, haha." She looks a bit sheepish. Mareepish?

"And as for why I'm here, I'm kinda just following Jinu over there around."

Jinu waves.

"We got into some trouble a bit ago, and after it was resolved we decided to stick together for a while." Dana turns to Jinu. "You're sure you don't mind me tagging along?"

"Nah, not a bit! The country roads get lonely when you're.. alone!"

Dana laughs. ".. So yeah. She wanted to come here, so we came. We weren't expecting it to be like this, though.." She gestures to the destruction.

Fallo Ter, Day 21

Hellbender smirks at Sarah.

"Cool. I'll do same when it's my turn."

And with that, she lies down for sleep.

Tiago turns to answer Tilly.

"Bem, nós ouvimos histórias as últimas semanas de alguém à espreita em cemeterios e dessentera cadáveres. Alguns dizem que ele come-los. Isto é o Ghoul." ^* Well, we've heard stories the past weeks of someone lurking in cemeteries and digging up corpses. Some say it's eating them. That's the Ghoul.

Holstown

I don't think we were either... ( I say to Dinah and her friend. I glance over to Nyquil to see him trying to avoid eye contact.)

The Shifter

It is! The four of us eat there all the time! (Mia tells Lilly.)

(Then she hears Tiago bring up the Ghoul.) Oh, you guys are talking about the Ghoul?

What's the "Ghoul"? (Delilah asks.)

Oh, there's been stories floating around the cafe of someone...or someTHING digging in cemeteries and eating the bodies buried in them. (Mia explains.) Gruesome stuff, isn't it?

Eeeeeeeeeeeww! (Lucy cringes.)

Oh, oui... (Sunny says.) I hope that we do not meet zis "Ghoul"...whatever they are...

(Mia gives Sunny an odd look when her voice slips, but shrugs it off.)

(I bite my bottom lip and glance at Salty...er, Dieter, knowing that they ate Zeb's body before we met them.)

Fallo Ter (Night 21)

(As Winnie prepares to get going again and waits for Delara to get to Gusting away again, Cam exhaustedly sits down by Hellbender.)

Oy, my poor throat... (Cam mutters as she does so.)

Fallo Ter, By the Door

Delara looks back over at Winnie, still lightly chuckling from Stellan giving her a good throttling. "Yes, of course." She walks back over towards the door, picking up her clothes along the way, and after redressing herself, starts directing a Gust upwards towards the ventilation shaft, nodding at Winnie to continue to blast at the door.

Holstown, A Little Ways Inside

"Yeaaa, it's, uhh...it's odd to say the least." [I eye Dana for a bit, grumbling to myself...she kinda slipped right out from under us, didn't she. Though...I have to wonder, if we are going to end up coming against Nori's "friends", including the "witch"...we may need some help.]

"Hey, uhh, Jinu?" [I step up and wave at the Monferno, honestly not caring if Dana recognizes me or not (isn't it obvious with the shawl, though?)] "I was wonderin'...maybe you 'n Dana could...tag along with us for a bit. We're kinda in the middle of a...a mystery ourselves..."

[I take in a deep breath.] "We got a couple a'missing persons cases within our group, and from what I hear, it's...it's...well, there could be more missing..." [I shrug my shoulders.] "I dunno, a'feel like we need as much help as we can get with this."

Holstown, Further In Still

Pink wooden house with yellow flower boxes, just like his mother would always say...though the paint is a bit faded with age. Woodruff then slinks up the tattered steps to the front door, and, with some trepidation, knocks.

This is it...if he's right, his mother could be here waiting for him, or just hiding from whatever police is here. Then it's only a matter of time before they find his father, and then everything will be back to normal...

Fortunately for us, none of us qualify as deceased. *Tilly assures the party in her own special way*

"Oh, hello, Dana", said Noriaki with a bow, "Nice to see you again. And nice to meet you, Jinu. We are dealing with some... Complex matters right now."

The Raticate responds to Kevin's inquiries, "Thing is, we haven't seen hide nor hair of this lady, just Hector was raving about her meeting with his boss, Dorian. If you want to know about her, I'd ask some of his men or even the big guy himself, but good luck if you go down that road."

Then, he looked over the poster the Blastoise showed, "Hm... He actually seems familiar. I think he's passed through before, but we didn't think much of him. He seemed like a wanderer, albeit a pretty young one."

Achilles also took note of the poster as well as Kevin's questions about missing people, "Yeah, I've definitely seen that kid through here before. He wasn't really the most social mon we've met, and it was really easy to lose track of him. He wandered off further in to the woods, I think. And yeah, we've been having a few instances of missing Pokemon cases lately, now that you mention it. A family here lost one of their younger sons, a Ledian named Bombax, after he started committing crimes in desperation to try and support them. He felt so ashamed after getting caught that he ran away in a hurry. If something bigger is going on with these disappearances, I'm even more worried for him than before. There was also an incident before where a Furret couple went missing, I don't know too much on the details on that since they were more of visitors, not sure even how long after they came here they up and vanished."

"And we'd be more than happy to provide a place for you stay, especially if you all intend to help us", said the Raticate, "We may not have much here, but we at least can say we have some good hospitality."

Salty was looking a tad uncomfortable during Tiago's description from what they got of it, but when they heard it again in English it drove the point home. They inhale nervously and suddenly start coughing.

"Você está bem aí, cara?"^* You okay there, dude?

"*cough* Yeah, I'm *cough* fine... Pappa's Place sounds... *cough* nice."

"Eh, fair. Weird reunions... happen."

En Route to Blissparce

(Mia gives Tiago a brief confused look, shrugs, and continues on.)

(The town comes into view. It's a mostly open area with two streets running across the now-wide main street. The houses are mostly made of wood or stone, and along the first street we're coming up on, there are larger houses with all manner of Berry trees and shrubs within fences; also made of either wood, rock, or steel. By a large park next to what appears to be an inn, a large crowd of Pokémon is gathered around something covered in a large leafy curtain.)

Bzz, I take it that's where the memorial dedication is taking place? (Maran asks.)

Sim! (Mia nods.) You guys want to see it?

(I shrug.) I mean, I'll go if anyone else wants to.

But I'm hungry! (Cortez protests.)

Hey, all things considered, it shouldn't take that long. (Mia says.) Vamos! Pappa's isn't going anywhere.

(She briefly looks to Tiago before doing so.) Você acha que nossos pais estarão aqui?^* Do you think our parents will be here?

"I'll vote for seeing it, yeah."

"Eu ficaria surpreso se eles não estiverem."^* I'll be surprised if they aren't.

Thanks, we'll definitely take you up on your offer, and I can assure you that we will be ready should anything else begin to go wrong. Now where is this inn?

Stellan reaches into his pack, and pulls out a few blankets.

Blissparce beach

Tiff heads down the beach a bit more until she enters a shed. Coming back with a rather large sheet of paper, she begins sketching the Shifter and where about the hole is, to prepare repairing the damage.

Holstown

"Free place to stay if we help out? That sounds good to me! I was planning on staying here a while anyway. And I ain't against helping people, either." Jinu claps Eliot on the back.

"Hey, Dana? What do you say to helping your friends out?"

"Well, they wouldn't exactly be friends if I didn't help them. And I can't just walk away if I know someone needs help."

"The inn is just further forward in to the town, it has a wooden sign that says "Inn" right outside its door", the Raticate explained.

"Thank you very much, sir", Noriaki said witha respectful bow before addressing his comrades, "It is not nightfall yet, so perhaps it may be beneficial to do some investigating? Perhaps here, perhaps over in Narcia, but the idea I am presenting is that simply waiting for Hector to march back here may not be the best course of action."

”Great idea,” I agreed with Nori.

S-Sure we can. ( I tell Noriaki. I'm not sure where I would go, though. Perhaps if I stay here I will have more opportunity to learn how to really fight? But maybe...? I really don't know. I'll just wait to see what everyone else does.)

The Shifter

Wouldn't mind seein' it myself! (Rich says.) Ye fellas game?

Sure! Bzz! Oui! (Maran and Sunny are fine with this.)

As long as we get to eat afterwards... (Cortez grumbles.)

Welp, let's go! (Benji says.)

(We draw closer to the site of the ceremony. Over the crowd, I can see a female Bayleef standing in front of a podium on a small makeshift stage in front of the covered monument.)

Hello, everyone! (The Bayleef says in a pleasant, but somber tone.) I'd like to welcome you all to the dedication of our monument to our fallen brethren in Hiveton and Milklett. Here to give a few words before the unveiling is our town's beloved mayor, Rave Higgins!

(There is applause as the Bayleef steps away from the podium. I notice what looks to be a Dunsparce on the stage as well. I guess this is the mayor? Gosh, I couldn't imagine a little bee-snake being a mayor of a whole town...)

(Mia cranes her neck around seeing if their parents are here at the ceremony. She doesn't seem to be able to, though.) Você vê nossos pais, Tiago? Eu tenho certeza que não. Papai é muito difícil de perder, já que ele é o único Hariyama na cidade...^* Do you see our parents, Tiago? I sure don't. Dad's pretty hard to miss since he's the only Hariyama in town... (She asks her brother.)

(Between breaths, Winnie tries to strike up a conversation with Delara.) So, what do you plan to do after all of this?

Tiago hears his sister's question and shakes his head. "Não, eu também não os vejo."^* "No, I don't see them either."

Lane looks around at the group.

Yeah, doing more investigating sounds like a plan...but I'm not sure, what, to do that, I should be doing, though?

"It would be most beneficial for us to split up in to groups", said Noriaki, "For now, finding out more about what affiliation this Dorian might have with the big picture should be what we seek, and Narcia may be the best place to ask around. Although, for thos that would like to see if they can dig for more specific information on the missing Pokemon, staying here and investigating in Holstown may be better for you. And I would like to make this clear; there is not shame in wanting to simply wait in the inn for the rest of us if you feel unsafe or are already tired from today's trip here, there are plenty of us."

"I'd help out, but... I seriously need to recover from my injuries, I should mostly be good tomorrow...", said Achilles, rubbing one of his shoulders, "Just letting you know: Dorian's goons are tough and might get violent if they think you're trying to get dirt on their boss."

"Understood", Noriaki responded, "Now, everyone should decide their next course of action, I will be heading to Narcia, myself."

( Alright...what should I do? I figure it would help to figure out where Marlon, Marsha, and Eliot are going. I wait to see what either of them say.)

I think on this. Kevin seems to have already made his decision; he’s gonna stay in Holstown and try to get info on the missing Teddiursa.

Okay, yeah, Nori? Marsha and I will tag along with you.

I do kind of want to rest for a bit, maybe get something to eat or something, but then I figure I can see about helping with getting some stuff found out in town here...that work all right?

Blissparce, Milkett-Hiveton Memorial

"Yes, thank you, Amy!" The mayor, indeed a Dunsprace, slithers up to the podium and hops up to where his head is just barely visible above it.

"Right...we are here today in mourning for our neighboring cities of Hiveton and Milkett, whose populations were...decimated by the Viral Aggression. And now, if we may, errr...a moment of silence." The Dunsparce solemnly bows his head, parts of the crowd bowing with him while some stare forward at the memorial.

Holstown, Main Group

[I yip when Jinu slaps me—well, that wasn't very nice of him...I always hated that, it always feels so weird, especially between my shoulder blades, giihhhh...] "Ahahaha...never do that again please."

[I clear my throat.] "So you'll be coming with us, too, Dana. Excellent." [I smile at her (wait, do I have teeth...wait, that probably would' look weird on a bird, wouldn't it...) then look to Noriaki, unsure about the comment about...Narcia? Another town?] "Is...is Narcia gonna be far? I'm not exactly...uhh, enthused for another camp out in the open, Nori..."
