From what I had read previously, Platinum basically finished their part and then just handed it to Cygames.
Hopefully they still mention them in the credits when its released.
One thing I will say about the event (besides liking the primals' dynamics and canon queer Satyr) - the reveal that Geo is some kind of primal conglomeration is a little underwhelming more or less directly after dealing with the horror that was Avatar.
Some redditors in the Granblue sub even referred to Geo as "Avatar 2.0 but looks like a gender-bent Zoi".
Maybe Cygames wrote him as another villain who is supposed to be generally hated? If that's the case, then it is working IMO, as Geo doesn't seem to spawn fan demand and arts in the same way as Sandy did in WMTSB 1, Belial in WMTSB 2 and Lucilius in WMTSB 3.
If fan-made content from "Primal Resonance" is any indication, I think Satyr stole the spotlight this time.
I mean, to be fair, he is gender-bent Zoey. Their names are also very similar in a way that's hard to explain.
Finally upgraded the Uriel gauntlet to SSR, maybe now with this and Last Sahrivar, my Earth grid won't have the impact of a wet noodle for Guild Wars.
Alexiel plz drop more axes and katanas
Just wait till you have to do Four Primarchs to uncap them again.
Because I did that for Belial and Halluel and Malluel.
Wasted a lot of Elixirs to help us get through that grueling battles.

Well shit, is Magnafest over?
I'm still 18/40 weapon shards for my 5* Niyon
This year's valentine's sketches are out and I think this is the clearest shot of Beelzebub's face for his artwork
I can't get over how he's actually 200% more bishie without the shading wtf
Grimnir's signature is up there with Mirin's and Haaselia's as the best ones
EDIT: I like how this year's pics can be roughly categorized as:

Thoughts on the new main story update:
Loki's crew meeting up with the main characters sure did happen a lot sooner than I thought.
Resolving the Nalhegrande cliffhanger was a lot faster than I thought it would take.
"From nothing comes something. Zero becomes one. We hold the power of origination." I'm pretty sure Loki's spiel is relevant to Lucilius' thing but idk whether it means anything since events and the main story are in a weird limbo timeline-wise.
Speaking of anniversary events, it feels odd that Lyria essentially repeats the same arc as her already playable version beat for beat.
I feel bad that the image of Mikaboshi getting casually flung up with a hammer makes me laugh.
Am intrigued to see how they tackle finally separating Lyria and the MC, also Katalina upgrade arc here we go.
Dang, I think I messed up the information on the Tempest Blade Charge Attack which was placed on Relink and Versus a year ago... While it's true that the games use Tempest Blade for Gran, I think I got confused about the Charge Attack being connected to Gran's first weapon.
Edit: TV Tropes is messing up the link to Traveller's Sword on the GBF Wiki.

lmao Versus spoiled Katalina's 5* upgrade and her Primal
guess all bets are off for its roster if they implemented story spoilers that far ahead
Dafuq, What is Cygames thinking, casually dropping a spoiler that is not even in the main game yet?
IIRC, that armor was hinted in the teaser trailer for the 3rd Arc.
Edit: Yeah, that trailer was listed under the Trailers Always Spoil entry of the main page.

Proving Grounds 3.0 in which Pasephine is a pain to fight and it turns out my Earth SSR roster is painfully limited in terms of options. Unlike the last one where Burn was actually pretty vital, using counters feels irrelevant which is good because all my characters with Counter are pretty crap.
Besides Pasephine, I did like the other bosses, Snow White is incredibly easy to manage by going overkill with the delays and clears, Snowman was a fun DPS gimmick boss (I died on my first attempt when I managed to whittle it down to 1% so was super incensed), and Frost Quartz is just a damage sponge that needs to be carefully timed.
Catherine was the surprise MVP, decided to bring her out for Snowman and she was core for preventing it from using its CA during the second half of the fight.
also unfortunately either my grid isn't optimized for Grand!Eugen or the balance patch didn't really help him improve in which case better luck next time
Just gonna post this post I posted earlier:
Hey, so, casual reminder that for whatever faults it has as a company, Cy Games legit kicked off Pride Month with a rainbow-themed event about loving and supporting the people close to you even if you don't always understand exactly how they feel, starring GBF's most visible queer character in a sympathetic and well-written role that didn't make her a joke even once, and that's pretty awesome.
Everything up to Proud was cleared pretty easily...proud+ is taking some serious thinking. Revised my teams twice and made it to Macula on the second try but forgot to time my carry over cooldowns so I'd have had to pray for Unpredictable to land paralyze or fear or reset the whole run.
Third try coming up later today, this time with 3 teams. Hopefully I can manage the MV Ps of Alex/Sara/Aqours across the three battles better this time.
Main story updated, it'd be pretty cool if Cygames was doing the long game and SSR!Vira's MLB Fate Episode was actually meant to foreshadow Ares.
Ferry's back yay! Being a ghost has tons of upsides and downsides as it turns out.
Loki's reaction to Mikaboshi returning is probably going to be his make or break moment for his self-proclaimed journey as a skyfarer.
The Rosetta and Vyrn relationship is something I need more of, I'd love to see what Rosetta thinks of their second friendship.

Everything I know about Code Geas is mostly from Pop-Cultural Osmosis so this crossover event has been interesting, cheesy but in a good way.
Kudos to the art team because good lord there's so much detail and love poured into everything.
As someone who watched Code Geass as a little kid its everything I wanted.
And now that the movie is out with the recap movies also altering events its setup for the new Geass Projects in production.
Also I hope Jeremiah gets to be a free summon or something. Orange-kun deserves it.

Gotta say, I wasn't expecting the CG crew to actually stay in the GBF verse. Which actually turns out better for them because Lelouch actually says something to Kallen without dicking with her for like most of the first season, Suzaku knows Lelouch is Zero and is buddies without trying to actively kill him, and Nunally is actually a whole lot safer here than in their world. Though a lot of this is going on me not watching CG for like the last decade or less besides Code Ment so it's a bit shoddy. Less so for the other side if time flows at the same pace.
Is Delfina from CG or is she a Canon Foreigner?
also is it bad that I want to see Sunrise make this CG isekai anime now
EDIT: Flash Gala with an actual new character and SR Philosophia
Edited by Nouct on Jun 19th 2019 at 3:03:17 AM
Dafuq did Gisla became a loli...
Foreigner, or looking at her and Carmens designs, maybe from an obscure spinoff?
Got Mina, Light Barawa, new Philosophia, and then got me three: SRR Alexiel, Cerberus, and Petra. So it worked out today.
