5/10. Usually proper and polite, but we all know how insanely perverted folks of the Victorian era actually were behind closed doors.

Initially a 10, probably, though by the end of 7 he seems at the end of his rope, so it's probably a 6-7 at that point. But he seems to regain that original Incorruptible Pure Pureness later on, so I'd say it ends up a 9-10 still.

I would say 10/10 for being a Kirby villain, but seeing as he (she?) seems to be a -chan version of said villain, it's probably closer to 8/10.
