What's with the ridiculous age gaps in Japanese families? In Ano Kiss you have Haine's aunt who's only 4 years older than her niece, and here you have Mafuyu's cousin who's 20-something years younger…
But anyway, the chap was hilarious. The funniest part being page 5. Look what's at the bottom of the pile of books.
So this seems to be a soft confirmation that Nariyuki's dream is to be a teacher, what with him looking at the recruitment sheet for a college's education department.
But how would being a teacher conflict with the VIP scholarship?
lower salary than he'd like for his family?
Secret SignatureThat first page... starting to suspect this is not accidental.
Sensei trying to give a career consultation to a baby.
A trailer is out for the anime, by the way. Not exactly a spectacular trailer - though it looks nice overall -, but all the voices are perfect (and Rizu is Riko!)
Well, we only hear Ashumi's Ashumi voice but I suppose her actual voice will sound different.
So uh, few months late, but yeah still gonna reply.
Kinda finding it weird to consider Kurisu best character because she is only adult since this IS teen romance manga .-. And on Asumi being annoying, not sure how really, that seems friendly teasing to me that is much friendlier than most friendly teasing I've seen in real life
Chapter: a wild Toy Ship appears.
Okay, that quiproquo was pretty funny. I liked the twist at the end too.
May this chapter reduce some of the hate Ashumi unfairly gets.
This chapter makes me hate Ashumi more than ever.
Hmm, how many presents for Fumino is it by now?
"You're Ha-chan?!"
Well I'm just gonna stay in camp of "Yeaaaaaaah, I don't get this, what is wrong with girls teasing someone in friendly manner" <_<
just to ask
Is this anime announcement based on this manga?
Ao-chan Can't Study
No, two completely different series. The official title for this manga is actually We Never Learn but the fanbase can't really agree on whether to use that or the literal translation which is We Can't Study. As you can see, the thread uses the literal translation of the title rather than the official English title.

…That's one hell of a coincidence that both series get an anime at exactly the same time (that, and Gotoubun no Hanayome getting one this season). Seems like Ao-chan is a reverse harem to boot.
Chapter out: This feels like a very important chapter for Yuiga's character arc. He finally realized that he's been standing in one place instead of moving forward with his dreams like the girls and decided to get a move on. Very nice.
Chapter 96: Fumino and Uruka try to find out what's keeping Yuiga busy.
Answer: It's the part time jobs.
Fumino maid was cute.
Well, we get a bomb there at the end, because Yuiga declined the VIP recommendation. This is big development.
Aye, there we are…
Otherwise, interesting twist on the Date Peepers cliché. I wonder how Nari didn't spot the only tanned girl with an Idiot Hair in the entire city, but sure.
…Seriously, though, is it really that easy for high schoolers to find part-time jobs in Japan? Our president took shit for stupidly claiming that one could just "cross the street and get a job", but in manga world that's literally the case. =.="

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I didn't like it in Nisekoi when the entire plot established in Chapter 1 was upended by the MC's decision, and I don't like it here either. The Nisekoi ending I think would have been improved by literally anything else, like killing off Kosaki.
Chapter 97
Withdrawal.
In many ways.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Well… nothing's changed in the end. Except Uruka's gotten creepier.
It’s something of a relief that this is not a darker manga, otherwise Uruka’s Sanity Slippage would not be Played for Laughs.
Also, I find it funny that even Fumino got at it with the towel.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.This chapter was just choke-full of great reaction faces, this one being the best:
Also, the awakening of a new fetish for the girls.
Who would have thought the initially monoexpressive Rizu would become the best source of faces in the series…
Now that I think of it, we might see another chapter with Reiji if Nariyuki asks him some tips for teaching.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.
The aesop of this chapter? Keep your smartphones out of reach of young children.
Disgusted, but not surprised
