Hmm, so… I assume the person helping him up was Uruka? It can't be Fumino or Rizu, and I highly doubt it's Kirisu or Senpai.

And holy crap they did sell out the udon.

It's always a good chapter when Sekijou is around. I do wonder though if the person who helped our boy Naruyuki up is someone we know or a new girl.

It's one of the five haremettes, because he's staring at them at the end.

Five? I'm counting Fumino, Rizu, Uruka, and Ashumi. Who's the fifth? I don't feel like Sekijou or Mafuyu are valid contenders though I guess the former has a better chance than the latter.

Mafuyu is an "official" haremette. She's probably not going to win, but she's clearly presented as an option.

Or else, the person will turn out to be a guy.

Iknew something like this was going to happen, but still it was a cheap trick.

Well, it makes perfect sense as a Halloween decoration. The question is why they'd put it in a classroom.

It's not a Halloween decoration. It's a model for a biology class that students upgraded to have mobility for some reason. And happens to be haunted.

what is usually the next flag after a cultural festival? That is probably gonna be the next big development in the romance plot, in between the chapters of Nariyuki being flustered at Asumi and catching Kirisu naked.

Man, this chapter was too spooky for me.

Uruka has some interesting ideas about male friendship...

I had heard the "we're both girl so it's fine" argument, but the "they're both boys so it's fine" is a first. Careful not to leave a dead angle, Uruka.

…Is it me or is the author fond of this kind of "stupid investigation" plots?

Aaand it seems he intends to leave that fireworks mystery hanging a while longer, huh…

Uruka spent the whole chapter being a hysterical, paranoid stalker. This is not as endearing as the author probably wanted it to be.

What really gets me is that she ended up thinking that her best friend's boyfriend was cheating on her and her reaction was, "This is fine since Nariyuki doesn't have a girlfriend."

…I had missed that but goddammit you're right.

Apparently in Uruka's weird little mind it doesn't count if it's with another guy.

Chapter 73… well that's a character I didn't expect to see again. I like that the way to distinguish Miharu from her sister is the absence of frown.

…You know, after this chap I kinda wish Fumino was really Nariyuki's (non-romantically involved) big sis. That would have been a refreshing dynamic.

I mean, that would've been a completely different character dynamic, and I think the series would've been worse off for it. The thing with Fumino, which was clearly on display this chapter, is that while she has keen insight into people, allowing her to see the other girls feeling and always notice when Nariyuki is bothered by something, she for some reason has this giant blind spot regarding her own feelings and the fact that she's the one who keeps rising flags. It's an interesting dynamic.

Chapter's out. Sensei continues to fail at being a housewife. This time, we learn that she can't cook.

does the mangaka really really like kirisu or has audience reception pushed him to feature her this much I wonder. For someone who is so obviously not a love interest she has been pushed very hard.
