Alright, I did Part 2 of the Laguz banner.
It took the rest of the Orbs I had at stopping point, the January promo, and Orbs I had stashed away in Quests and Feh bank. Over 700 Orbs total, gang.
I got Tibarn to +2. After Soleil and Young Tiki (they gave me like the worst Red pitybreakers except for Saber).
+ATK/-DEF, which won't even matter after February.
So, yeah, didn't have to spend money, but it took everything I had. I'll be skipping quite a lot. Thankfully, Anniversary (if last year says anything) will be a great time to restock.

Is Grima even on CYL? I know Anankos is(in hooded form) but not sure about Grima. Especially since CYL doesn't take FEH units other than existing braves into account.

On a more serious note, looks like they're doing a lot more with the plot than I remember. The Norse Mythology vibes of everything is pretty cool.
If you're playing Heroes because of your favorite characters are in the game then I can't really argue against that logic. I still don't think this game ask too much money to keep up but I guess that just me.
I wouldn't get your hopes up with the story mode. They did same thing in Book 2 & it was one of worst writing in the franchise.
Everything you mention is making me consider dropping the game myself but for different reasons on what you said. I'll probably drop the game after the next Internet Backdraft which will probably be in 2 weeks & or next month at most. There's something about Heroes that brings out the worst of me that no other game has done.
Yea, that's pretty pathetic & yet IS still wants us to believe he's best villain for some reason.
It's going to do well but it's going to beat Marth or Alm that's for sure. Although I wouldn't be surprise if Leif & Bruno gave them a run for their money.

I mostly left because I kinda lost interest for a while, because there weren't really any characters I was super hyped for coming out. I've long since given up on being a "hardcore" player of this game and don't really touch the more difficult/grindy/whaley content. For the most part I just do story, train my good/favorite units to 40, do the GHB, and pull with orbs I get for free or through rewards. I don't even tryhard Arena anymore. The game's a Luck-Based Mission unless you're willing to drop huge amounts of cash, so I pretty much just accept that I won't be able to access some stuff and just enjoy the cute sprites and nice art.
