Escayg, who served as creative director and writer on Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, will serve as creative director on The Avengers Project. Barry was previously director of product development at Visceral Games, where he worked on the Dead Space franchise. Visceral Games was shuttered late last year.
As for the other hires, Crystal Dynamics studio co-head Ron Rosenberg touted them as “world-renowned industry veterans, spanning production leadership, animation, design, art and engineering, who have previously worked on games such as Batman: Arkham Origins, Dead Space, [and] Star Wars: Battlefront.
After many many months of nothing, they'll apparently have a reveal tomorrow night at The Game Awards.

No. Also, what was the source saying it would be revealed? There was some other Marvel game that got shown off, they might have just confused that with this.

Kingdom Hearts III was delayed about a year internally due to the engine change from Luminous engine to Unreal Engine 4.

A guy had a skull mask so unless its Crossbones it looks like Taskmaster.
Also Abomination was there.

So, just saw the trailer, and, until I realized that they're made by different companies and there'd be no way for it to work logistically, I almost thought it would fit into the Spider-Man (PS4) universe. He mentions the Avengers always being on the West Coast (which they will be, apparently), and the character design and brief glimpse of Taskmaster's fighting style seem pretty similar between the two. I'm a little disappointed now, but that's really my own fault.
Seriously, though, wouldn't that be cool?
