Enter The Arena As Your Avatar V6: This Time, It's Personal

The character I'm using is AS-Tan, who's basically a human representation of Adult Swim.

I'll go as my Dark Souls 3 character, then.

-There's a knight wandering the dimly-lit alleyways. Well, "knight" might be a bit of a stretch, since a closer look would reveal that his equipment is clearly mismatched. Of note are the the paired swords he is carrying, one unsheathed in his right hand, while the other rests in its scabbard. In his off-hand is a shield with engraved with a crest of a dragon. The rest of his equipment seems to be rather plain, but well-made-

Leaning against a wall, looking almost out of place, was a slender woman in a red beanie and black jacket, who was smoking a blunt. She cleared her throat a bit and turned to the knight, a slightly croaky throat. "Uh...hey."

Just so it dosen't come across as "and she does this thing" or such, in terms of gear AS-Tan is carrying weapons and props from various AS properties and such, like a portal gun from Rick and Morty or a Quad Laser from Aqua Team Hunger Force. Would that be allowed?

As long it makes the fight more fun for both of us, sure.

-The knight turns towards the woman, and gives her a curt bow-

-He stows his shield into his back, and reaches for a canvas talisman from his pocket-

-He kneels as he whispers a short prayer to the gods. A golden circle forms beneath him, which dissipates as a faint aura covers his entire body-

"Oh, guessin' you're the guy? Well, alright then." AS-Tan, while the knight prays, finishes what she was smoking and enters a sort of ditzy fighting stance. "Let's do this then." AS-Tan says with a smug smile and enthusiastic tone of voice.

-The knight gives no reply. He raises the talisman into the air and conjures a gigantic lightning bolt in his hand, which he hurls at AS-Tan with incredible force-

"Whoa!" AS-Tan jumps to the side to dodge the bolt. She's just a little bit too late though as it brushed by her skin, burning her shoulder and tearing off her sleeve. "SHIT!" she screams in pain. "Well, looks like you asked for it now, smartass." AS-Tan takes out a small gun like device, rectangular in design but with a handle and a green dome on the top. She quickly turns a small knob on it and shoots it at a wall, opening up some kind of green swirling portal.

-The knight sprints towards AS-Tan and draws his other sword. He pounces at her, intending to land a jumping thrust. Between the swords' lengthy blade and their lightning infusion, a square hit would certainly deal great amounts of damage-

AS-Tan quickly drops to the floor and shoots again at a wall on the opposite side. She tuck and rolls into her first portal, coming out of the second, managing to dodge the knights sword in decent time. After doing this feat, the portals quickly close. AS-Tan takes out another gun like weapon from her pocket, this one perfectly blocky. She fires it and it releases a rather large brown square that goes forward, but is so pitifully slow that it'd be easy to dodge.

-The knight rolls away from the projectile... twice. No, wait, he rolls three times in a row. Maybe he didn't expect the cube to move that slowly-

-Regardless, the knight hurls another Great Lightning Spear at AS-Tan as she advances towards her-

"Shit." She mutters to herself. She's able to dodge the bolt again, but like before, it's not a completely free getaway. She burns off one of her hair bangs in the process and uses her beanie to fade it out. "Jesus, I just thought I was gonna deal with a normal everyday dude like me." she thought. "Alright then...wasn't really planning on using this, but since you're kinda a tank..." AS-Tan reached out from underneath her jacket a handle, and with a flick, a thin, slightly curved blade extended out. She brought it to her face. "Let's dance, fucker."

-And dance he does, alright. With his paired swords, the knight performs a spinning slash that transitions into a series of horizontal slashes, which is then continued into a thrust using both blades-

AS-Tan gives a determined smug look as the two swords grand against each other. She pushes her sword forward to shove the knight, and then quickly hits him on the foot, clanking heavily against his armour.

-For all his might, the combo did take its toll on his stamina, and AS-Tan's shove push him back a fair distance away. If he wasn't wearing sturdy leg armor, the follow-up slash would have also knocked him off-balance-

-He takes a moment to catch a breath, before switching back to his talisman and conjuring another lightning bolt. Except he doesn't hurl it. Instead, he runs up to AS-Tan and thrust it directly at her. Hit or miss, the stake will create an intense lightning explosion around the area of impact-

"OH FU-" and that was all that she could say. The stake hit her directly, and the accompanying explosion just hurted even more. As the smoke faded away, AS-Tan still layed there, alive but burned very badly, her clothes in tatters, and coughed up a small spit of blood. "Fuck..." she said, panting heavily.

-The knight walks over to AS-Tan. With his sword raised, he mutters a silent prayer, and plunges it towards her neck-

And with a mighty swish, AS-Tan's panting stops as her head roles across the ground, emotionless. AS-Tan...was dead.

   YOU DIED   

-The knight swipes the blood off his blade. He equips the shield back in his off-hand, and continues his journey downtown-

And that's that. Good fight, m8.

Yeah, that was actually fairly fun for what it was. Maybe next time, I'll use a stronger character though so there's more of a fight.

A gash opens up in reality, and a masked face peers through for a moment... before hastily ducking out and closing the rift.

From nothingness, comes red. Literally. The feline yet canine beast froze up as he entered the arena. The Limited Moon hung off of his ear, but even with the power of the weapon coursing through him, he felt unsafe.

Where could I be?

-A man...-shaped thing drops down in front of Red XIII. In his hands is an oddly-shaped lump of unknown flesh, which undulates and occasionally twitches. The way he holds it suggests that it's a gun of some kind-

-Though he has no visible face, one can sense a hostile intent emanating from him-

Red's ears twitched as another being appeared in front of him, and opened his mouth to ask about his current dwellings, only for his fur to stand on end.

Whatever this...thing was, it appeared to mean him ill intent.

A growl erupted from the beast, and he sprang to the side, trying to get out from right in front of the "man" as he edged closer. If he got closer, he'd likely have an advantage if that creature was supposed to be a gun.

-The creature stomps into the pavement with great force, conjuring a linear patch of fungal growth aimed straight at Red's position. This fungal growth is not only deadly enough to mangle a human beyond recognition, but they also drain mana from anything it strikes-

Having already started moving, Red gained speed and just twisted around the fungal attack, but felt it brush against his tail and immediately felt a tiny amount of power leave him. Very dangerous attack there. Couldn't let that happen again.

Had he been in a party, Red might have taken a bigger risk, but for now settled with lunging behind the humanoid and slashing at the back of its legs before attempting to jump away again, successful or not.
