If there's one thing I like, MVC 3 came out at just the right time before the whole corporate sabotage and "only MCU" shit.

I'd go with Classic Mega Man, Zero, Bass.EXE, Harp Note, and Tron Bonne.

As of now on my next Mv C roster idea, the Mega Man characters I have on it are Mega Man (Classic), Sigma, the Mega Man Zero version of Zero, and Harp Note.
I'd go with Roll (with her Tatsunoko vs. Capcom moveset), Zero, Tron, Mega Man.EXE and Harp Note TBH

FUCK. In that case, swap Roll and MMEXE out for the original Blue Bomber and Bass.EXE, respectively
None of the main villains of Star Force would work like Sigma. Every main antagonist is a Non-Action Big Bad, and the final boss of each game is either a giant superweapon or a giant monster form, which wouldn't work as playable.
However, Star Force does a thing where all the allies are former enemies or have a villainous phase, even Harp Note (the Roll analogue) starts as a villain at first. I'd say the most important antagonists in Star Force are Rogue (the Bass analogue) and Gemini Spark.

Max did a video on the what he thinks are the chances for a new game. TL;DR: he’s optimistic because the biggest hurdle would’ve been just getting Marvel and Capcom back on business terms to begin with, so this happening plus the way Marvel Games is structured now (where they’re more hands off than they were at the time of Infinite) is really significant. He said if there is a new one, we probably won’t hear anything for a while, as he expects a similar timeline to the first online release of MVC 2 (2009), followed by 3 (2011). Which makes sense since the market is pretty crowded right now anyway.
It’s been a week and I’m still shocked this was announced.

Funnily enough, I don't know who Harpuia is. Harp Note is probably the best Starforce rep (if Megaman is off-limits). Starforce doesn't have a Protoman analogue, it kind of composites Protoman and Bass together in Rogue, who fills the "Bass" role in-story. Because of this, Harp Note ends up filling the "friendly ally/rival/occasional antagonist" story role that Protoman usually fills, making her much more important to the story than Roll usually is.

I've been wanting a Mega Man fighting game with VS Series-style gameplay for quite a while.
Huh, I remember playing the Zero games, I don't remember him.
This is Harp Note. And yeah, while her design obviously fits her into the Roll archetype (her catch-phrase is even "let's roll!"), her prominence and role in the story is more akin to Protoman.

Geo X Sonia 4 LifeAnyway, I'm really glad to see the Mv C fandom return to life in such a large way, even though I've only played Tv C on the Wii over a decade ago. I guess that the collection would be a good place to start?
I still can't get over the sheer coincidence of me visiting Galloping Ghost and playing a few games on the collection a few days before the direct.
Get taxed. Idiot.

I at least liked Sigma's inclusion in Infinite. Granted he really shouldn't have been DLC.
It pains me to know that if we get a new Mv C game with Hawkeye, he'll definitely be in his crappy modern suit instead of his classic costume.
This shit is everywhere, he is perpetually stuck in bland mode.
