Proc Feat Redesign, v1.1
- Adept: You have a 1/6 chance of making an extra attack whenever you make a non-Adept attack. Requires Level 10.
- Adept: You make an additional attack whenever your Skill is 4+ higher than your target's.
- Efficiency: You have a 1/8 chance not to expend a charge when using a weapon or staff with limited uses. This effect is cumulative with staff proficiency.

I did not expect to have cause to use the line "STOP DROPPING YOUR ASSES!" but DQ 11 gave it to me.If possible, I'd like to swap Amystra's gifted for adept, for a total of -2 HP, -1 STR, -2 LCK, and -1 DEF, if I'm reading the level record correctly.
