How are cloaked enemies marked? Can we attack cloaked enemies?

So when is the next chapter ready?

I do want to give you guys some time between battles for RP. :P

^ Enemies in the fog are marked with red spaces. You can attack them, though you won't know their stats or equipment before doing so.

I'd do something, but... well... Brain: Off. I'll try to post an action later.

Oh god oh god why.

Okay, I'm thinking of having our two high-mobility units push forward a bit as scouts; slower units mop up what they spot.

Gramps with 4 movement is in the back. That ought to go well with all you 5-mobility dudes standing like 3 squares ahead of him.[lol]

Bit late to say this (I was asleep, in my defense), but I think Zeera would make a better scout. In Fog of War, I'd say that mobility's less important than vision radius; Grendan and Buck are perfectly capable of moving more than twice as far as they can see.

Zeera better hides behind someone more sturdy.

I thought the whole reason we gave her the Angelic Robe was so she doesn't have to. Plus, I have to admit that her increased vision would be really useful.

EDIT: Oh, no Angelic boost yet. In that case yeah, prioritize safety.

For some reason Gertrude is at 1 HP.

^^, ^ Both corrected.

Also of note, now that I'm reading through the RP thread, it's not night; it's early morning. The fog of war in this case is actual fog, not darkness. :P

On an unrelated note: Anyone else get a laugh out of my post? I think it describes the concept of a wyvern sneaking pretty well, but it came out pretty comical.

The RP in general, actually. Just reminded me that I had it and hadn't touched it in a long time.

Grendan and Buck can reach the guy at C11, but I don't think anyone can reach I9 this turn. Question is if we want to bypass them, or mop up outlying sentries. (I vote "mop up"; FWIW, both Grendan and Buck can catch up to the group pretty quickly.)

As far as I'm concerned, there IS no question of what to do with enemies on the way east; after all, the objective is "kill all enemies" so we'll have to do it anyway. Killing as we go will prevent them from attacking us from behind, so it's pretty much objectively a better strategy.

Incidentally, I'd recommend stopping before the enemy can see you if you can't attack, even if that means you only move 1 space a turn. Granted, the Fog of War will go away soon enough, but no reason to aggro the entire camp prematurely, right?

Forget what I said, Eridan, Michel, and Grendan can all dogpile that poor sod at C11. Probably a better move for Buck to hold position, then rush I9 with Gertrude next turn.

^^ The staff jockey's eternal lament. :P

I also feel compelled, though do not expect this to be a habit, to point out that Gertrude's current move will put her within visual range of the bandit at I9.

Double post for visibility: Michel does not have enough movement to reach E8. Forest tiles require 2 movement to enter, and he only has 1 remaining when he gets there.

The map has Gramps at G4.

Also if anyone wants some healing, looks like we're far enough apart that you'll need to run to Gramps before I can make him heal.
