Wouldn't be surprised if Grandpa Mac bought his chicken eggs straight out of Animo Farms.

• Billy, if I didn't know you'd still get corrupted, I think I would've been more hopeful at the end. Episode still showed he had the potential to change though.

• BEST FRIIIIIIIIIIENDS◊

• Forever Knight's industry◊ managed Adrenaland, Pancake Palace AND Laser Town◊! They were all under his management. Which explains how he knows so much about Ben, Ben's been there hundreds of times (also, this means that he kidnapped Bill and Steve so they'd comment on the battle without paying them).

"Beware The Scare-Crow"

• Penny's last name is Bennyson, and Max met Mac while they were fishing. He's an old friend, like family, so Max calls Penny "cousin Penny.

• Aristocrow's friendship was only bought by Steam Smythe again through corn. As soon as Ben got rid of all the corn, he left Steam Smythe. Also, with no machinery around, Ben just. Whacked him with Humungousaur's tail. Repeatedly.

• Penny has a very ugly laugh.

• Mac speaks in a very weird mannerism that is hard to understand, he mostly mumbles stuff and repeats "some might say" a lot. Gwen and Max, and a duck, all get his beard and verbal tic (might be a hallucination due to Ben not eating his nibbles even once).

"The Night Ben Tennyson Came to Town"

• Ben is completely paranoid.

• Cassandra Truth is very much in effect.

• The way Forever Knight knew how to make Ben crack until no one believed him when he was saying the truth is scarily impressive...

• Ben is now grounded, and feels his family doesn't trust him anymore. Forever Knight is good at this and is glad to see the results.

"And Xingo Was His Name-O"

• Ben has flooded Gwen's tablet with useless apps (including one that made him try to lick said tablet).

• Selecting an alien icon seems to have an effect on its pod, as Shock Rock's powers still made Ben switch with Xingo despite him not being transformed.

• Ben can travel inside the tablet's apps as well as get out of one he's stuck in. He can even change Gwen's background if he wants.

• Everyone seems to like staying home with their family no matter of how much of a buzzkill they can be, even Xingo :3.

"Fear in the Family"

• Fogg monster is back, as a parent.

• Despite being made of water vapor, the Fogg is capable of stuff you wouldn't normally expect from a sentient weather, such as... having a child stuck inside the Rustbucket.

• Ben called the chopper "Chopper McChopface". Gwen admits it grew on her while defying Ben's belief that camels don't exist (he also thinks reindeers are fake).

• Everyone is happy to be back together at the end, both Tennysons and Foggs. Weird how we went from a creepy monster that loves energy to an actual creature with feelings and a family. There's more to these fellas than we thought =^_^=

Ben might've also missed Wildvine and Overflow a bit, even if he didn't say so.

"Cirque-Us" still isn't available anywhere, so this leaves me to rant about something else.

The Forever Knight episode makes me feel like "A Sticky Situation"'s summary has a whole other meaning now.

"All Ben wants is to stop Queen Bee"

But if you look at "Buggin' The Buggs", then "Big In Japan", now "The Night Ben Tennyson Came To Town", Ben's been acting paranoid. Whenever he sees a bad guy, he's unable to rest. Even if he's in the right, Ben is getting on edge.

Forever Knight's tampering left a toll on him, Ben is now more conscious of the dangers, while everyone is easygoing. Ben literally stands out in his own family. In previous seasons and episodes, the Tennysons are always getting into silly stuff and Ben came along, but now he's matured a bit thanks to being caught in the middle of this.

Ben lost part of his gullibility and silliness, because Forever Knight made him through mental exercising, making him much more prone to paranoia once he sees a villain than before. If it was because he wanted to play hero before, now it's not so much the case...

Even with Forever Knight gone, Ben has permanently been affected by everything he's gone through. His plan has worked, Ben is now a different type of hero compared to the genre he's in. And with that summary, Ben might've just become even more paranoid.

He might get too hasty stopping Queen Bee, and end up in that sticky situation.

Poor kid...

“Also, with no machinery around, Ben just. Whacked him with Humungousaur's tail. Repeatedly.” Those dots and the “repeatedly” make the sentence even more funny.

The show is getting darker, but not in the way we want.

The pauses and "repeatedly" were purposefully used for comedy :p.

And while I'm not sure in what way you guys want the show to get dark, I got the feeling they've been getting their game on it.

I'm not sure who had it worse between OG Ben "I once thought Gwen died when I was about to explode and I retired when my favorite alien was murdered" or Reboot Ben "I think everyone is questioning my sanity and I think it's part of the reason why I joined a group of bad guys that want to kill me".

Get these kids therapy omfg.

I JUST REALIZED.

During "Omni-Copped": "Knight/Night will fall."

Comes "The Night Ben Tennyson Came To Town", and as he predicted, he was able to reach Ben even if it took him time, when the sun was already down. Night fell, and everything went according to his plans.

But afterwards, during Roundabout, Forever Knight was lost in the timestream.

Knight fell.

The homonymy isn't for the sake of a pun, it also predicts how the story goes.

Ep 1 will premiere in September, while Eps 2-5 will air in October 7-8, for CN Europe.

"Heads of the Family" makes me imagine some argument between Max and Ben.

"My Bodyguard" gives me fanfic vibes that I do not feel are all appropriate...

I also just realized something else about "The Night Ben Tennyson Came to Town"

The title, when written, has the one meaning that Ben came to town at night. Which is false since Ben and co. came during the day. But when spoken out loud, it has different connotations.

For one: "The Night, Ben Tennyson, Came To Town"

The real problems start when it's at night, everything else is Ben freaking out only to see there's nothing. And since Knight and Night sound the same, it also means we hear "The Knight, Ben Tennyson, Came To Town"

Which either confirms Ben's suspicion that Forever Knight is there...

OR

That Ben himself is The Knight That Came To Town.

And by the end of the episode, he does go with Forever Knight's plan, believing his family doesn't trust him.

I'm almost thinking of making a Fridge Brilliance page for the show, there's tons of smart little foreshadowing parts.

Makes you wonder how concept and title are conceived.

Boy, would it be fun if he shared stories with them if they met again. I mean, he joined an evil gang of villain kids and their knight leader, Raven's dad is a demon and rules the underworld or whatever, Garnet got mind-controlled by White, also lost her memories once, and KO's dad is actually a villain and stayed one until the end of the show. Boy, they'd have so much to talk about!
